So far a great company/great service, but considering my last parcel hasn’t been delivered yet and is stuck at the international hub for almost 13days now, I can’t give but one star... I understand the situation with COVID-19, but there should have been a certain approximation of delivery times/delays so the customers would know what to expect, rather than checking every single day, without any update from the company and wondering if the parcel will get delivered at all.

The guy who picked up my parcel was super sweet, however I wasn’t aware when he was coming. It said they’d send me an email or text message with a one hour slot but they didn’t so it was a matter of hit or miss

Brilliant , good price . Parcel got collected in the morning and was delivered by lunch time the next day . Didn’t have to leave my house . Email to tell me what was happening
