Took a booking and paid online for an oversize collection to be picked up Friday paid last Thursday, and they said the guy wasnt in to collect on Friday. So rebooked for collection for today Monday last Friday, and they send an email today Monday morning saying at 11,30 am they have pulled all collections today through Parcel force for oversize parcels, even though it was scheduled for pick up today and paid for last Thursday.No notice whatsoever and still waiting for my money back and no apologies whatsoever or offering of an alternative option? Cant believe how bad this company operates giving no notice whatsoever and then asking we dont allow Parcelforce to collect today and with no alternative as an offer to help get the goods shipped. This is their email today note the time when the package should have been picked up today or last Friday with no notice whatsoever and still waiting for a PayPal refund. Therefore, this order has been cancelled and I will now pass this over to our finance department who will be able to assist with the refund process (takes 3-5 working days to clear). In the unlikely event that the courier should show up before the cancellation reaches a drivers daily manifest - please do not handover your parcel or your account would be charged. Although the item is not covered in case of damage, it came cracked, albeit layered between solid reinforcement and shock absorber packaging, with clear fragile signs.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Parcels all booked, sent and delivered as expected, just a lot cheaper than going direct.
The site is very easy to navigate giving you a range of options depending on your parcel, then its simply a few clicks to book it all in, print the label and get it on its way.

I sent my daughter in Australia her 30th birthday present in early April. It was due to be delivered via DPD a week before her birthday but then the tracking system said it would only arrive today. I obviously have no issue with a slight delay, given the world circumstances, but today since no delivery had been made, I checked again online and it says that the parcel is being sent back to Parcel Monkey! Yet all the paperwork I sent was correct and none of the contents are banned (we used to live there so I am well acquainted with the rules and with sending parcels there). Parcel Monkey told me they made a technical glitch at the start. There is no reason why we should be inconvenienced nor that I should be made to pay for a fault in their system, nor that the parcel should be returned to me at my expense. I am still hoping that Parcel Monkey will be professional enough to sort this out while the parcel is in Australia so that my daughter can receive a little joy in her solitary lockdown.
