Appalling company. Check all over the internet this parcel comparison broker really is the worst supplier on the planet. Sent 6 heavy cases next day via Parcelforce through Parcel Monkey Ltd. Advised by Parcelforce due to weight to use heavy plastic shipping containers. Paid parcel monkey £123.99 which included £30 premium insurance for compensation for damage up to £1500. Containers were filled with Styrofoam chips, all items bubble wrapped and cases marked fragile. All cases arrived smashed and the contents damaged. Provided all evidence required and parcel monkey denied claimed based on should have been in cardboard boxes. Total weight 45kg. No box will hold that weight hence advised to use containers. Recipient verified every box was smashed and Parcelforce driver admitted trying to put tape around them and apologised for damaged and admitted it was their fault. Now taking further and moving to legal action under Supply of Goods and Services Act failure to transport using due care and skill. Avoid this website and do not use Parcel Monkey unless you want to be ripped off! Check all over the internet countless consumer review pages with reviews stating how horrendous this companies service is. First clue is no phone number. Online messaging with an average 5-7 days response. Go direct and cut this disgusting company out.

I am separated from my son and two grandchildren by the Covid 19 virus. They live in Switzerland and we live in UK. We had promised the children new bikes which I managed to buy in the UK and then ship by DHL through Parcel Monkey. So easy to book. The parcel was collected the following day and delivered to my son less than 24 hours later. Amazing service and worthy every penny to see their faces on FaceTime as they unwrapped the bikes!

Outstanding service.
We needed to ship a 6kg parcel from the UK to France in the middle of the COVID-19 lockdown in both countries. Parcelmonkey were 70% cheaper than Royal Mail, DPD collected on Monday afternoon and the package arrived on Wednesday morning.

Dear Parcel Monkey team, The reason why I am contacting you is to report several issues I had with this specific delivery. This is not the first time I have used your services but I, do believe me when I say that I will question your services in the future. First of all, I have to say that the delivery was on time despite the current situation we are living nowadays, which is more than appreciate, to be honest. Second of all, I would like to highlight that the original cardboard box I sent was completely ripped off and, most importantly, some of the items I have sent are missing. The package I received was completely open, leaving some things undisclosed. As you would imagine and understand, because of this, some of the items may have fallen or, most probable, someone may have taken them as all the content was visible since the cardboard box that a secondary courier services company used was not wrapped or protected. I did take a considerable amount of time duck-tapping and labelling the package as fragile due to some articles that were placed there. Within the items missing, I can highlight the followings: • The Art of War – Sun Tzu, with an introduction by Tom Butler-Bowdon • Emotional Intelligence, Influence + Persuasion; Harvard Business Review Press • Emotional Intelligence, Authentic Leadership; Harvard Business Review Press • Motores de Combustion Interna Alternativos; Prof. F. Payri and Prof. J.M. Desantes • Personal MSc Dissertation • Apple iPhone 7 (incl. box with headphones + charger) • GoPro HERO6 Black (incl. mounting harness) Omitting the obvious economic value of these items, I am entirely concern and frustrated about the loss of the four books stated above, which contained different annotations and remarks done over the course of various investigations I have been undertaking for these two past years. I did highlight all these points to the driver, but as you would understand, he was just the intermediate person in this delivery. I also contact in several occasions Parcel Force and the courier services company that deliver this parcel to the final destination and nobody has been able to help me at all. Hence, why I am contacting you to solve this as you were the company in which I relied on to proceed with the shipment. I am really concerned with regards this, and with the fact I haven’t been contacted by any company to inform me that there was a problem with the delivery whatsoever. Therefore, I request a compensation as this delivery was protected with a value of £500,00. Looking forward to hearing from you. Vicent Mari.
