I have posted three parcels using the parcel monkey service and another currently booked. All have been sent with Parcelforce and from booking to delivery they all have been delivered within 5 days. Now we all know that this virus is affecting every country throughout the world so I have to say well done to all the delivery drivers and staff in every centre my parcels have passed through. Our health services are all doing a wonderful job but credit to our postal services are armed forces and all essential workers through this difficult time who are all helping to fight this virus worldwide. Big thank you to the staff in parcel monkey also.

Took Parcelforce 4 days to collect a parcel, booked for Monday, after a long and winding battle it got collected on Thursday evening. Monday there was a police presence which led to the surrounding roads being shut and the parcel not being collected, that’s totally understandable. Rang up to get it booked for Tuesday. I’m in the house all day along with another person , gets to 6 o clock and there had been no collection. I ring up and am told that the driver had came and had rang the intercom, not true as the intercom is in my bedroom and that’s where I spent the whole day. Ring up for a rebooking on Wednesday, speak to about 3 different people, each not knowing what is going on as if no one communicates, I finally get it rebooked for Wednesday. Same thing happens Wednesday. I ring up going mad, apparently the collections team had received a lot of messages saying they need to collect it but they had been clearly ignored. Everyone I speak to tells me it was attempted Monday and that there’s no access, I continually explain that it has been accessible since Monday evening and has been rebooked everyday. I get told I will receive a call from the collections team, that never happened, which then led me to not knowing whether it had been rebooked for Thursday. Everyone I spoke to seem to not be fazed at all by the situation and service. Thursday I ring in the morning to make sure it is booked. I get passed around again, I speak to a man who clearly doesn’t care, I explain that I have paid for a service which they haven’t provided, a collection that was due for Monday which still hasn’t been completed three days on. He has the audacity to tell me that they are busy and even if I had paid for a more premium service I wouldn’t be receiving it and also that my package (a £300+ guitar) wasn’t that important for him to sort out. Again I leave the conversation not knowing if it is being collected. I then ring again in the afternoon and ask to speak to a manager, that seemed to give the woman on the end of the phone a kick up the backside as she seemed more than happy to help. We ended up sorting it out and it was finally collected that evening. I won’t be using Parcelforce again, a shame as the delivery of the package was speedy but for a company that is huge and owns Royal Mail, the service I received was below poor.

I would suggest this company as the value for money is great.
Despite the courier didnt show up on the day and I booked again for the day after, the parcel was delivered in less than 3 days.

Easy collection and smooth service
It would help for a better tracking service online so you can click and it takes you straight to details rather than adding lots of details in first. Also on my dashboard doesn’t give updates of parcel delivered status.

Not impressed by the service so far. The website states 3-4 days and it has been taking more than three weeks for the parcel that I have signed for many times and still havent received. Not sure if I will use the company again in the future.

My parents left a wallet and my mother jewellery in the safe of a hotel in Torremolinos. The hotel found it. I contacted parcelmonkey on the 20th March and mother received her items on the 23rd.

Had been struggling to return our parcel via a company that had been organised by the recipient. However, they failed to collect on at least three occasions. It was at this point we said we would organise our return ourselves. That was when we successfully used Parcel Monkey. Easy process and quick delivery. Had an acknowledgement that parcel has reached its destination quite quickly.
