Have used parcel monkey before. Once again I have found the service very simple to use and it works efficiently. This time I used it to send a parcel to Norway. I dont know how this comes about but the price for Parcel Force to deal with my parcel was better than I could see on their own web site and this is not the first time I have seen this for sending to another country. Anyhow they picked up the parcel first thing the next morning and it was soon at its destination and I was able to email the tracking number so the recipient knew exactly when to expect it.

Given the current Covid-19 crisis I was very surprised and extremely pleased at the speed in which my package was delivered. The parcel was picked up on the day assigned and delivered to my daughter in the US just five days later. Thank You Parcel Monkey.

Did exactly what they said they would even getting an urgent parcel to my relative in Greece in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak. Lockdown came into force after it had been sent and I expected it would sit in a warehouse until it was all over. However, it arrived no problem, even though it was one of the villages up in the mountains.

Bad experience parcel got returned. Everyone not admitting liability so left £16 out of pocket. Case of pass the buck. Do not use.

I asked for 24 hours, I paid on Saturday and I couldn’t post until Monday and it got there on Wednesday! Very disappointing. Plus the website took me to a post office that no longer exists, as well as many others that are no longer in use.

Used Parcel Monkey because of the low prices. My parcel was actually sent through the Parcel Force network whose tracking system leaves a lot to be desired. They couldn’t tell me where my parcel was and it seemed to be stuck in one of there depots for a number of days. Eventually the recipient informed me it had been delivered but the tracking system wasn’t updated for a number of days. This of course was not Parcel Monkeys fault.
