The parcel was delivered late also, I was scammed as I didnt receive payment for my parcel so when a 3rd party co-operation when to contact yourself, you said there was nothing you could do which I think was oblivious, NO CUSTOMER CARE!

Never told me when they would collect the parcel, I was waiting from 8am, parcel was collected at 3.15pm! A full wasted day, even a 2/3hr window for collection would have been appreciated. Won’t use this service again.

Parcel uncollected after stating we are unavailable. Our premises is open 8.30am - 4.30pm, left an update at 3.30. Paid over £13 for a parcel to be uncollected.

I sent an expensive item via Parcel Monkey and insured it for the full value. The item arrived completely broken and Parcel Monkey refused to honour the insurance claim arguing that the item was insufficiently packaged when the packaging was done by the manufacturer of the item who ship hundreds of these items each year. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY

2 weeks (5-7days quoted) after my parcel collection it has not arrived and Courier tried to charge the recipient an extra $255 NZ to deliver it!! When I’d paid for a door to door service.

They would have receive 5 stars if their system didn’t take me all the way through a couriers quote to be told at the end the package was too heavy! I put the weight in as required at the beginning. Aside from that a good value service and recommended.

Excellent. Find the best prices. The post office wanted to charge me £40 for 1 parcel. With Parcel Monkey I sent 2 for £30. Cant praise them enough.

Why would you give cover if you wouldn’t cover the item in the beginning! Do not use and I do not recommend use other companies like another courier at least they are realistic!

I had to send a high-value parcel and I found Parcelmonkeys extra cover was better value than other parcel websites.

My very eldest daughter gave birth to her third child on 2 January of this year, 2020 in Kampala, Uganda. Parcel Monkeys service made it possible for me to send 3 very large boxes of much needed newborn baby supplies to my Daughter including a Bottle Steriliser this was despite being told, when I sent my last box, that flights might not be going to Uganda. However, 4 days after sending the final consignment I received news that the box had indeed arrived and much fun was being had in unpacking all the supplies. Thank you Parcel Monkey for helping my Daughter and her newborn.

Ive used parcel monkey few times now and only once had an problem. Parcel that I dropped off to collection point hasnt been picked up by a courier for couple days. Call centre was helpful and problem was solved same day.

I am very happy to use Parcel Monkey. I was sending from UK to `Switzerland many boxes. Delivery is not in 2 days because the Swiss Dogane need to check your good declaration. From UK to Switzerland there are 1 weeks delivery. Everthing went well.
