Parcel was collected, however the driver turned up 2 days running to the actual collection booked and the parcel was not ready!! It did arrive at its destination quickly and safely!

Excellent platform. Easy to use and quick customer service.
Pricing very good and had very few issues with deliveries which was more the responsibility of the courier anyway.
Will continue to use and would recommend to others looking for competitively priced UK and indeed, a global mail solution.

Weighed parcel at home, booked collection, then after it’s gone I get an email to say it’s a lot heavier than I said and I was getting charged more. Not happy!

Shipped golf clubs from UK to Australia. Arrived in super-quick time, all in-tact, very pleased. Only area for improvement was that I had no communication to confirm they had been collected, shipped, or when they would be delivered... just found them on my door-step one afternoon.

I dropped off my parcel at my local point and to be honest the guy seemed far more interested in his phone than serving me. He pointed to the ended of a messy counter, where I assumed he wanted me to put the parcel, which I did. Then nothing, so I turned to walk out and as I reached the door he shouted for me to collect a receipt, which I was relieved to do. However, the parcel arrived and I was able to track it all the way.

I haven’t received my parcel yet. I’ve been waiting for 14 days for an express delivery. I asked the customer service and they suggested me to simply track my order instead of helping me with understanding the actual issue.

ordered a parcel to be collected, the collection time was just before 10pm to 11pm at night, contacted them to inform them and spent a day of " rest assured this will be collected before 6pm" 6pm came and parcel was not collected, Please deal direct as this company does not care about its customers and now I have to wait a week for my refund too I have used this company a few times but when I have an issue they dont care, use the patronising phrase " rest assured" for everything

Terrible service with worse customer service My parcel was supposed to be collected on Tuesday (18th Feb) and delivered on Wednesday (19th Feb). The parcel was NOT collected on the Tuesday and no one even contacted me to tell me. Upon realising that the collection was not happening I contacted ParcelMonkey (PM) to find out what was going on, they told me it had been collected... After a few back and forth later they conceded to having made a mistake and the collection had not been completed (funny that given I had told them as such originally). They told me that they would try to collect again on Thursday (20th Feb). On Thursday the same thing happened, I contacted PM to complain and they once again told me that the parcel had been collected to then confirm afterwards that it had not...the fact I was contacting them didnt seem to make them realise the parcel had not been collected?? They told me they would try to collect again the following day (Friday 21st Feb). Although the parcel was collected, it was not delivered the next day as per the original agreement I had signed up to. When I contacted PM they confirmed it would be delivered on Monday (24th Feb). Naturally this did not happen, and when I contacted PM to complain they had told me it had been delivered...when it had not. The same thing happened the following day (Tuesday 25th Feb) and then finally it was delivered on Wednesday (26th Feb). As one can imagine, I was not very happy with this and decided to complain to PM once again after delivery. I was told to add "FAO Manager" as the subject in order to get the attention of a manager, they replied with a copy and pasted response (starting with "Dear customer") and proceeded to reference their terms and conditions (I guess they do this a lot?). Apparently the T&Cs stipulate that the their deliveries could take up to 7 days to complete and customers are not subject to refunds if that is met. As my delivery was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and since it was delivered the following Wednesday it meant that they were not going to offer any form of compensation or even a sympathetic response... Terrible service from start to finish: 1. Delivery was late by a week 2. Terrible customer service throughout resulting in a lot of waste time contacting PM just to be told lies about "completed" collection / delivery 3. The complaints department / manager were useless in proper responses and offered no help at all Do NOT use this company!! it will take 7 days as oppose to 1 (as per their original claim). Their customer services team do not know whats going on with parcels and delay customers in hope the parcel arrives the following day.

I ordered a next day courier with Parcel Monkey UK yesterday and paid for it. The courier never turned up and we waited in all day. There are no phone numbers to contact Parcel Monkey. Nobody from Parcel Monkey contacted me either. I had to request a refund via online chat and they refused to send me a confirmation email of my refund which I am told can take up to 5 days. Quick to take your money off you but not quick to give it back. The whole thing has been a waste of time of money and I am shocked this company is rated as highly as it is on trustpilot. Cowboy courier price comparison site. I will not be using again at all. Pay a couple of pounds extra and use parcel force at your local post office or a decent company like Courier or UPS you get what you pay for. I am disgusted with Parcel Monkey.
