The driver turned up.on the day and collected

Used parcel monkey and selected parcel force to send parcel to USA. Parcel never delivered, despite tracking showing it arrived and was out for delivery. Tracking update then stated delivery address incorrect and parcel to be returned to UK (despite the address being correct). When parcel force contacted, they advised they were unable to help as we booked through a third party website.

I have been using parcel monkey for a few years now. The website is very user friendly and book. My most recent was multiple parcels and again very simple to do. The prices are the best I have found in comparison to similar website and also tend to offer the most pick up options.

My parcel was meant to be delivered by Wednesday. It’s now Thursday and my parcel is been stuck for few days. Since yesterday there has been no updates. Last update said parcel will be delivered today between 9-13. It’s now almost 6 pm and parcel has still not been even released from warehouse. The update still says delivery is today 9-13. Well it’s well passed that time. When I contacted customer service they were totally unhelpful. I even paid for delivery promise and when I asked to make a claim they told me to wait. An awful customer service and very unhelpful. I’m really disappointed next time I will pick a different provider

My parcel was suppose to be collected on Tuesday 27th. It is now the 29th and there has been no courier to collect despite all the promises on the phone that collection will be on the 28th and then again today before 5pm.

Warning do not use this company. This organisation stated on 17th July they would pay agreed compensation for a lost parcel. As of today no money has been received. Lots of promises and statements that it will take 5-7 working days for money to appear in bank but no result. They take a very long time to respond to messages. Very poor service standards Now having to take legal action to recover the debit. Avoid this company if you want good service.

I paid for UPS to collect this parcel and nobody turned up as usual so I had to find somewhere to drop it off myself. This always happens with UPS and Parcelforce fir thus postcode if LE3 8JE

Very usefull to send the boxes and suitcases with ParcelForce. Provided the labels as well to printout yourself. Otherwise, driver will bring the label.

Parcel Monkey is an easy and efficient and price competitive company to use.
I completed the forms and parcel was collected on time and would ve been delivered on time in France had post Brexit usual customs rubbish not intervened. Meaning there was a charge when it arrived ( dont even know what for) that could not be paid by the recipient for some reason and I wasnt informed either- except by the recipient.
Thus I have had to order from Amazon and let them apply any charges at the start. Bought the gift twice over !
Not Parcel Monkeys fault but if there are hidden charges to be applied, I cant risk sending like this again.

Experience was good, but the best price given was with Parcelforce who I used. On reflection had I gone direct to Parcelforce I would have saved approximately £10, so a little disappointing.

My item has been held at customs for 2 weeks. PM said the contents are on their restricted list. UPS confirmed they accept food and it was ok. So why does PM restrict them when UPS dont? Ill tell you why - to avoid having to deal with any issues or pay any compensation. They list near enough every item you would send by post as a restricted item. Its a scam basically. Its like ordering a taxi and saying you cant get inside. When you complain they say - our T&Cs state you can order a taxi but cant get into the car. They are happy to take your money - let UPS do the work. Any problems - they dont want to know and make excuses. They arent interested. Do not use these sharks. Go direct to the courier, without a massive list of restrictions
