Brilliant service. Sent 4 boxes of Christmas presents to France. Booked online on Sunday evening, they were collected exactly on time the following day and were delivered to the South of France two days later. Couldnt ask for better service.

Tracking info is a little behind. It read that my parcel was in delivery country today but my daughter called to say it had been delivered. Apart from that, excellent service. UK to USA arrived one week from dropping off at the UK Post Office. Well Done Parcel Monkey, another first class experience.

Parcel was delivered several days late, no tracking information provided on line and very difficult trying to get any help from parcel monkey. Only online chat, and they rely on emailing couriers for information. Not very responsive when something goes wrong.

Terrible service. Booked a medium sized parcel to be collected from Manchester and delivered to cornwall. Was sent a label to print off. Followed every direction and was puzzled to see that the collection address was on the label. Wrote to parcel monkey was told everything is ok. Still I put another piece of paper on the parcel with the delivery address in Cornwall to avoid any confusion. The Driver didnt turn up on the first two days planned. Parcel monkey said we will send another label each day the collection date was missed. But no label sent just email to say one will be sent. when the driver turned up we asked the same thing about the collection address being on the parcel. Was told everything was ok and he will put on a specific sticker with the delivery address on to avoid confusion. Today guess what gets delivered back to me? My own parcel... wrote to parcel monkey with quotes off emails but was told if I want the parcel picked up and delivered to Cornwall I would have to pay again. We are currently awaiting an email to pursue the complaints procedure but not heard nothing back for best part of a day. Cant stress enough for people to avoid this circus of a company. Terrible communications terrible customer service and terrible service full stop.

Was disappointed that my parcel was not collected by the date and time shown on my confirmation email. I ended up taking my parcel to the local depot to make sure it was received and delivery to final destination was going to be on time. I know it is a busy time of year - Christmas, but when a customer gets a date and time frame for collection you expect to get what you have agreed and paid for. The day after my confirmed collection date 2 members of the delivery staff arrived to collect my parcel even though I was assured that the depot would log my parcel as having been received and on its way to it’s final destination. Perhaps more care is needed in the admin side of things to ensure the customer is given the correct information at the booking stage. Saying that, this would not put me off using Parcel Monkey in the future but they do need to work on their customer service.

I posted the parcel on Tuesday in the United Kingdom and it arrived in Italy on Friday...what brilliant service...The only problem I ever have is that Post Office staff are reluctant to accept any parcel without a barcode to scan which is not on the label supplied. I insist the person collecting will provide all labels but there is a reluctance to accept this statement. Still a great service and one I recommend.

Although it was annoying that parcel not collected on the day the email said and therefore I spent the day at home waiting on a very beautiful and sunny day......I managed to eventually find how to contact the courier and was arranged for 2 days later... this time I received txt to give time slot which was helpful - the parcel arrived in Cyprus on the original date expected - so very pleased about that.

Easy to use and book as long as it all goes ok, had a parcel go missing, 2 weeks later and all I get is we are chasing the courier, nothing ever gets sorted.
