Be aware DO NOT give your bank details to them!! I used them and sent a parcel last week and I measured it very carefully and I put few inches extra on each sides! After week past, they charged my account £60.70 extra without any explanation and my permissions!!! The parcel was returned car parks worth less than £25!! Which I already paid them £14.99. I try to contact, text them call them no reply they don’t even have a call center very doggy company!!!!

All delivered OK so no problem there. Was supposed to be 48 hour delivery but took 72 hours. I wasn’t informed of delivery until 96 hours. Cost was £30, return of same package £11.20..!

The whole process was easy to do and once packaged I took it to the Post Office. I was able to track my parcel and see when it had been delivered. I will definitely use again.

The parcel could not be delivered at the first attempt as I suspect the recipient office was closed. Well done to the driver for trying again on the 2nd day. Success!!!

Increased my charge for over £40 a week later. No warning billed me to PayPal. No response to email asking for it to be looked into. No confirmation of the weight they took or the measurements to increase the charge. Very unhappy.

Attempted to send a parcel from the UK to Italy using the provided documents, but it was returned to the UK without any clear explanation. Customer service was unhelpful and frustrating. I ended up wasting £50 for absolutely nothing.

I paid for a parcel express24 service. It was collected on Friday 16 August 2024 and not delivered until Wednesday 21 August 2024. I was not notified there was a problem instead I reviewed the tracker info myself. The tracker said there was insufficient information about the delivery address. This was nonsense. It took me over 18 minutes to get someone to answer the phone and the agent agreed there was nothing wrong with the address. The parcel has now been delivered. Poor Service.

Not parcelmonkey fault( apart from duty code mistake) euro priority parcelforce 2 day to netherlands, ten days and counting, smallprint means only 25% refund.

The second time we used Evri the process became much simpler, having done it once! It was simple and the parcel arrived at its destination within a couple of days. We were impressed.

My parcel still hasnt reached the recipient. I sent the package on August 12th and today is 21st August. Tracker doesnt get updated. Its appears that the tracker gets updated only when I send parcelforce a reminder. I paid £124 pounds to send a parcel weighing 25kgs through Parecelmonkey and courier I selected was Parcelforce. I got a quote of £85 from parcelforce website to send a parcel of same dimensions and weight. Basically parecelmonkey charged me £50pounds for nothing. Thats why I rated them 1 star. I probably might not even use parcelforce service because they are bad. I have sent parcels before with Courier and although they are expensive they reach in 2-3 days and their tracker is always up to date. Maybe it is worth paying a little more.

Few days ago I left a review, still no response no resolution. I have been waiting for an update since Apr. My parcel have not yet been delivered to it destination. All this time the only response is get is we are checking with the courier company. How long does this take ? Can someone from parcel monkey respond with an immediate resolution.
