We had around six issues since we started using ParcelMonkey. They never help. They advise you to contact once item is delivered, then once item is delivered they close claim saying its delivered and they are not covering you for any losses because of delays. If its 3 days delivery please multiply with 7 as they deliver in 21 days. Their unqualified customer reps are a cherry on the top.

I am extremely disappointed. The courier never came to another courier, waited all day until 6pm, didnt even come the following day. I therefore walked down to the post office and sent it by special delivery.

easy to use, timely parcel collection and delivery

Easy to purchase, simple form to fill in. I don’t have a printer though so had to find a friend with a printer which was a pain. Other platforms offer a no printer option so I’m sure the tech is available for Parcel Monkey to send a QR code for post office to print for you. However good service overall and parcel arrived safely at destination which was main thing.

I have paid nearly £100 for door to door DPD postage and arrived completely smashed. Disappointed.

Great price and tracking when exporting to another country. Just be aware price can be based on size not weight. I had 2 big boxes originally with the largest at 10kg quoted at £161 Once split into 2 smaller it dropped to approx £55 for the same items just split into 2 boxes.

I can’t track my parcel, I will not ever try to use this app again it disappointed me so much. It’s been more than a week and didn’t even know whether my package arrived or not.

I paid shipping. My shoes were 270aud equivalent to 135pounds. Because the shipping was only 20. They claimed the shoes as missing....which i believe it was in there intreaste to take/steal the shoes and sell. Wish I never returned the shoes. No compensation. No refund.nothing. Dont trust them.

Parcel Monkey is good until something goes wrong and then theres no support. It appears theyve included every eventuality in their T&Cs so when your parcel is significantly delayed theres no compensation or refund available.

Initially, I paid £11 Parcel Monkey for the shipment of a small office chair, which seemed reasonable. However, I was taken aback when an additional £76 was deducted from my account! Regardless of whether there was a slight discrepancy or not (according to Parcelforce), this additional charge felt exorbitant and, frankly, exploitative. What truly disappointed me was that Parcel Monkey withdrew this money from my bank account before the issue was adequately resolved. Instead of receiving the support and guidance I expected during this process, I was met with a demand to provide proof of the dimensions and weight of the chair. The challenge here was that I no longer had the chair in my possession. This entire experience has left me feeling not only frustrated but also deeply dissatisfied with Parcel Monkeys customer service and billing practices. I believe that customers deserve fair and transparent communication and a reasonable resolution to such disputes. Sadly, this was not my experience with Parcel Monkey, and I hope that my feedback encourages them to improve their customer service and billing procedures in the future. I do not recommend Parcel Monkey, I was absolutely shocked at this unreasonable charge. I am seeking a refund of this additional charge (which was 7 times more than what I paid for), and I will be taking action if this is not processed.

The measurements of the return item were correct and the weight we took from the label on the box. Yet Parcel Monkey disputed the measurements and charged us more than the item cost.

The process of inputting information, paying and drop off was fine. The price was the biggest advantage to Royal Mail who I normally use but that wasn’t to be as my buyer in France had to pay an additional £9 over and above the £13 I paid. Very disappointed ☹️

Tried them for the first time, but parcel was marked as collection attempted, which was blatantly untrue as two of us were in the house, and also a doorbell camera showed nothing. Having to order elsewhere and asked for a refund.
