DONT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. Paid for shipping. Got message to say label will be ready in 30 mins. Of course it wasnt. Wouldnt trust them again.

I cannot reccomend the great people at Parcel Monkey highly enough.
I have used thier service on numerous occasions, sending in the UK, U.S.A. and other destinations as well, and they are batting at 100%!
So easy to book, they collect from your door, so no struggling to the post office with bulky parcels, and always collect on the day they say.
So much cheaper than Royal mail as well, usually well over half price, and you can choose lots of different companys as well, plus the option of extra insurance!
If i have a parcel to send, they are the first, and only people i go to.
Thanks to all at Parcel Monkey, i have told many people about you, and have always had positive feedback whennthey have used you as well.
Why dont more people use you? such fine service, and the drivers are always friendly and helpful as possible.
Give them a go, i guarantee you will never use anyone else again.

Terrible customer service - claim refused for damaging my parcel in transit from UK to New Zealand. Followed their P&P guidelines, Post Office accepted the parcel and never raised any issues. The parcel arrived with a big dent in the box and the item was damaged. I paid extra for insurance and they refuse to refund (because Im unable to provide internal packaging photos - the recipient lives in New Zealand and threw out the box - even though I provided photos of the damaged item and the damaged exterior to box). £200 out of pocket. Will never use again - because they are a middleman so I had to deal with their online customer service portal (clearly not UK) and couldnt resolve direct with Parcel Force the carrier. Terrible customer service. Strongly recommend people book postage direct with a carrier - that way any issues you can deal direct with the carrier. Parcel Monkey put so many obstacles and delay tactics in place to put you off claiming. I will be looking to take this further.

first time I have sent goods to singapore left them at a local shop on saturday lunch parcel arrived in singapore on wednesday morning and I was able to track it all the way I was very pleased with the service.

I used Parcel Monkey, had a good selection from all the main companies in the end I used DHL very reasonable price they picked the parcel up from home and it was delivered the next day. I will go to Parcel Monkey when I have a parcel to send from now on.

Good service in terms of being picked up and delivered on time. However, the handling of my box could have been better. It arrived split with some contents missing. Granted the box was not double lined but it was brand new and taped according to the advice. The rough handling was sufficient to split away a box flap as well as the tape securing it.

Very good service. Only comment that initial process of logging parcel at Sainsburys pick up point does not give good customer feedback. It would have been helpful to know when the expected pick-up by the courier would be.

I used you to send a xmas parcel to BC in Canada for my son. I used DPD who it yurns out where very efficient getting the parcel to Canada. However my son whose details I gave as the recipient has been getting emails from a company called asking him to pay 48 cms to release thw parcel. I have emailed you and DPD for an explanation and received no reply. When you Google Aramex there is a lot of info about it being a scam.

Excellent service even up to sending the recipient an email beforehand saying when the parcel would be delivered. You said it would take 4 to 6 days and they got it in 3 to the outskirts of Port Elizabeth in South Africa. Well done!

I booked for a delivery with DPD that should take beween 3-6 days - it is now day 7 and neither of the two parcels have been delivered. The expected date of delivery is now 9 days. I could have posted it and paid less
