Shockingly bad service. Quick enough to take the money but failed to organise a collection on the first day then on the second collection day organised the courier company did not collect . They are difficult to contact as you have to wait for message response. I was told it is a busy time !! Christmas, really !! That is why I was sending the parcel. I have now missed delivery to Australia, my sister will have no Christmas presents. I now have to wait up to 5 days for a refund. Please avoid at all costs !!!!

A day late in delivery. Paid for overnight service, which did not happen. Whilst the courier kept up to date with the delay and when to expect delivery. There has been no contact from Parcel Monkey to apologies or refund the difference between an overnight service and the normal service.

These are a 3rd party company , if you have a problem with your delivery the delivery company you chose wont deal with you directly. You have to deal with parcel monkey and they dont have a telephone contact number only live chat .This service is terrible also as they take on average 5 mins to respond to your question and each time its a different person during the live chat. I have now had to pay £14 to get my parcel back which only costs £8 to send originally. I would never use them again parcel monkey offered me 2 options collect in person from Southampton I live in Manchester or pay for the return of the item which they charge £5 admin fee plus vat or sorry yes a 3rd option if I didnt respond within 21 days they would dispose of my item . Dpd were supposed to deliver the item last Tuesday but couldnt as apparently no one was in at Argos . So they took it to a pickup point next day being Currys that the customer could collect the parcel from with a qr code. I sent the qr code but when the customer went there was no parcel. They should keep the parcel at the pickup point for 7 days . They didnt they sent it straight back to depot.Now Im being charged £14 for poor service . Stick to the Royal Mail not the greatest but at least they try where as Parcel monkey just dont.

Great service and low prices! I am using Parcel Monkey for few years now sending parcels to Poland and France. Never had any problems or issues. The ordering system is easy and fast. Delivery and collection is always fuss free and very flexible. Only 4 days to deliver a big box from Aberdeen to Paris! And around £14 pounds! Definetely will recomend.

I always use Parcel Monkey for sending parcels . The process is simple and speedy. I have not been failed by them yet.

Failed to pick up on day arranged although picked up the next day. Item was delivered quickly so other than the original problem the service was good.

Generally parcels arrive but if something goes wrong it is very difficult to get any recompense if a parcel either goes missing or the service they offer doesn’t come up to a good standard. I like a phone number I don’t like online chatting and I recently had a next day delivery by a third party delivered a week later no refund although post office fully refunds On special delivery. Not really impressed with service at the moment.

I booked a large delivery. It was sold as next day delivery. The next day no courier turned up. The collection was booked again for the following monday. No courier turned up. I was offered no explanation, no apology, no compensation and when I cancelled it I was told it would take up to 5 days for the refund to clear. This company is incompetent and should be avoided at all costs.

Great portal for comparing prices but some things you need to think about to avoid problems. I have used Parcel Monkey numerous times and its so simple to send stuff. Through experience, I have picked up some points of advice. Firstly steer clear of the cheap couriers, Hermes and the like. These are cheap for a reason. I have had too many issues with these cowboys I would never use them again. Also if you have issues with the process, these companies will not entertain your request. They say your contract is with Parcel Monkey and they have no responsibility, pretty much leaving you high and dry.

Could not really fault your service. Straight forward to complete the on-line application. I appreciate that sending a parcel abroad does require customs documentation to be completed which is a pain but necessary. Parcelforce then collected first thing the following day which was ideal.
I dont give 5 star review for anything so 4 star in my book is as high as I give. well done.

As always, parcels delivered on time without any issues, the cost of postage is very reasonable, postage labels easy to print and the instructions are clear.

I requested a 2 day delivery service on 17 November. As of yesterday, exactly one month after, nothing has been delivered yet. I have requested a refund multiple times and I have been told that Parcel Monkey cannot process a refund yet as they have not received courier confirmation the item has been lost. I have requested where this is stated in the terms and conditions but no reply. This was my first experience with Parcel Money, it might be a great service when everything works but really poor service and complete lack of ownership of any problem when something goes wrong. There will not be a second time for me.

I liked that the company texted me to let me know the time for the pick up and deliver, and the slot was just one hour, that was great!

Brilliant! Great service! This is the third or fourth year of using them, So easy, Pay online, drop off the parcel, they pick it up the next day and let me know where they are going all the way there when delivered. Just fabulous!

The company you use in Spain (Seur) are useless , our parcels were due on Saturday and at 14:12 we got an email to say we were not in having been in all day with the front door open and nothing on the CCTV !!!!. So I changed to date for Monday waited in all day until 20:30 and yet again they didnt turn up, now I cant change the day because there website wont allow me. Now Ive got to find a seur office to try and sort it out myself NOT WHAT I PAID FOR . Having read other reviews about Seur I will not be using this service again Ill be using a proper company.

excellent. Turned up and collected. Used parcelstogo and they didnt turn up for 3 whole days waiting so i cancelled and parcel monkey did a great delivery first time.

Ive send a lot items to Portugal with many different Couriers company before and never had any problems until I choose Parcel Monkey ! I drop my package on 29 of November in DPD drop point and today is 17 of December and my package still didnt arrive ! I last Friday I rang parcel Monkey to try find out was going on with my package and they didnt know nothing about it! Then I had a response a couple hours later saying my packaged will be delivery on Monday 17 of December ! So I await until Today (Monday) and the delivery didnt happen again ! The service is really poor ! I will wait and see what will happen with my package but will never use this service again !

Do not use them. They were awful, didn’t bother turning up when planned, lack of complaints prodedure. Did bother finishing their ‘online chat’ - didn’t turn up following day or day after either. Appalling experience, appalling communication, appalling service.
