You pay peanuts you get..... Paid for a premium next day delivery service and after days of chasing and waiting in the parcel arrived a week later. Needless to say I will not be using this company again!!

I dropped off the parcel at a DPD location on Monday, 3rd of December. The parcel was picked up on the 10th of December. The parcel arrived at its destination on the 15th of December, 5 days after being collected, 12 days after being dropped off. It would have made a big difference to know this beforehand. The service is a bargain (£12 vs £40 with Royal Mail) and overall decent, but be mindful of the drop off / pick up schedules.

This service is amazing the parcel was collected from my home on the Monday my daughter received it in Germany on the Wednesday also the price is amazing too many thanks Ill be using you always in future

Everything has gone right after finding a drop off point near me.
Sites need to be updated as I visited 2 that no longer operate. Fortunately, combined with shopping so tip was OK, but I would have been annoyed if trip was only to drop off my parcels.

The package should have been delivered already, it seems that there will be 1 or 2 days delay. Had to follow up for the collection and only happened on the 3rd day

I needed a 24kg bulky parcel collecting from a seller and delivering to me. The quotation system was easy to use and the parcelforce booking likewise, . Service updates were useful and the parcel was collected and delivered in the correct time frame. Would use again and happily recommend

Excellent service, much cheaper than parcel force, DHL or any of the others but in the mean time quicker than all of them. Sent a large parcel from UK to USA in the second week of December, and it was delivered within three days.
