Great experience had to send heavy book to Germany, Parcel force wanted £30.00. Checked on Parcel Monkey found I could send Parcel force priority international for only £19.00 and they even collected. Picked up Monday and deliverd Wednesday.

First time I have used Parcel Monkey UK and it was recommended by someone in our local post office! I needed to get a parcel to Australia as soon as possible at a reasonable rate. The website gives clear instructions, supplied the customs form and helped me find a local drop off point. Parcel was received in Australia on time and I was able to check that the correct named person had signed for it.
Will use again.

This is the first time that I have used Parcelmonkey, the process took a little longer to book the parcel.
I think it was worth the extra time as the service supplied was first rate , I will be using them again no problem.

Total waste of money. Worst service ever. Wasted 2 days waiting for parcel collection. Ended up cancelling. Spoilt a birthday gift surprise. Thanks a lot. Now I cannot get the gift to my mother in time for her birthday. Now waiting for refund of my money which they were very quick to take.

Paid for next day,UK Mail didnt turn up..but heres the thing to remember with Parcel Monkey,and I will say it loud..despite paying for next day,and despite it clearly saying so on their website I was told THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE TO GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAY FOR..so if you really want it to arrive on time,dont be fooled by that Website that says pick up next day,because if it does not happen,Parcel Monkey will take your money,guarantee nothing,and wont compensate you if nobody turns up,expect them to keep your money and give you nothing but an apology in return....They are cheap for a reason

As a redistributor it’s not a bad service. Only downside is the tracker is behind the main couriers tracker by a few hours. If you want to use it as a comparison site with direct links to couriers then it does what it sets out to do. Saves a lot of web time searching.

They blamed the courier the courier blamed them then I was forced to pay a cancelation fee for a service I did not receive in the first place. Absolutely disgusted

Rude and ignorant. They asked me for a Google map reference to deliver a parcel even though it was in a normal road and they had the customers phone number and email. Very slow to respond to me and most unhelpful. A courier company who needs Google maps supplied before it can deliver a parcel is not one for the long run. Ridiculous, expensive and rude.

Excellent service! The parcel was extremely simple to book, hassle free, affordable and very quick. Collected on the requested day and arrived at the destination overseas a day early. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

My parcel got picked up and I kept getting messages that I was unavailable and should book another day for collection. Ive also only received one of my parcels although it said two days and they were collected a week ago.

Utterly useless, booked in good time for an urgent 24hr parcel, selected the most expensive service (Parcelforce) but no collection even attempted the next day. (We have a manned reception) Contacted "LIVE MONKEY" (says is all) and get the normal brush off and "Our service doesnt actually mean any timescales will be adhered too". Telephoned Parcelforce and they could not track any collection for us so seems they never even got the order from PARCELMONKEY for my collection. Whatever happens now the parcel will be late..

DONT BELIEVE THE PROMISES OF INSURANCE COVER. Just had a very bad experience where a parcel was damaged in transit. OK, it happens from time to time. I get that. Thats why I insure. However, when it comes to making a claim, talk about wriggle ! They could teach Neymar a thing or two !! It wasnt packed correctly (it was), the recipient didnt photograph the parcel (?), I didnt photograph the parcel (??) etc etc... Basically they sit as judge and jury so very good look to anyone needing to make a claim. Very bad service Parcelmonkey.

The interface and organisation of Parcel Monkeyare excellent. The fact that the chosen courier (DHL) does not ship internationally any items containing batteries when booked through Parcel Monkey (it does otherwise) surprised and disappointed me greatly. I hope to be reimbursed.

Good overall service. Tracking could have been more accurate. Couriers were polite and friendly. Unclear on website whether the parcels traveled during the weekend. Three day delivery paid for and parcel collected Friday but did not arrive until Wednesday (6 days).

Always use parcel Monkey.I normally get their quotes and take the Parcelforce price(collected).I recently sent to Germany.Thru.Parcel Monkey it was £37.Direct thru.Parcelforce £128.Need I say more !!!!

This was my first time using parcel monkey and Id love to give them more than 5 stars! My parcel reached destination very quickly! Their price quote was cheapest in the market as well. I highly recommend it to anyone sending parcels. Id definitely be using it next time as well.

Sent a parcel weighing just under 4kg. A week after the parcel was delivered I received an email saying they weighed it and it was 16kg....? For this they charged my card another £40... When I tried to dispute it they said they couldnt help without a picture of the actual parcel. By this time the parcel was at the other side of the world and opened and discarded. This parcel was 4kg and they are trying to charge me for 16kg....? I now have to go to my credit card company to recover the charge which is completely incorrect.
