A superb service from start to finish. Easy to book, well informed, and pick up and delivery as stated within a 2hr slot.

As you might read positive reviews, I assure you that i because the courier is performing their duties, however as Parcel Monkey, they lack customer service, poor response from the CEO Nav down to their Chatline people sitting in Asia somewhere. Parcel Monkey as a company or middleman must be the most useless service in the the world of shipping. I had to wait 20 days for a package to be shipped. The CEO could care less to answer question and im $350 out of pocket with no service in sight.

My package was my wedding dress and it had to make a very long trip. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Very happy!

BE VERY CAREFUL AND TAKE PHOTOGRAPH OF YOUR PARCEL WHEN YOU WEIGH IT. I sent two very light cotton dresses to my daughter in Sri Lanka Weighting only 750g. You can can only select 1kg which was fine BUT I received an email telling me it actually weighed 2.5kg WITH NO EVIDENCE. Only way you can contact them is via email for which they don’t respond .

Whilst the parcel arrived quickly, it was VERY banged about. This is my second time using Parcel Monkey and whilst Im impressed with the speed of delivery, both times the parcels have arrived in a terrible state. Luckily, the contents have been sturdy both times, but it would put me off sending anything that could get broken.

Lost my parcel, gave no explanation as to where it is even though it had tracking. Asked for compensation and refund on shipping refuse to acknowledge. Will not even let me claim on insurance. Have been left no option but to take them to court.

My package was due to be delivered within 3 to 5 days. I sent it on the 7th December, it is now the 13th December and it has not been delivered. Very disappointed.

Parcel Monkey themselves were good and helpful with booking. But I waited in for 3 days for my parcel to be collected and nobody turned up from the carrier. I am still waiting for my parcel to be collected.

The UK end of the operation was fine but their choice of courier in Europe should be reviewed. On all occasions they have failed to deliver and required a visit to the depot some miles away to collect the parcel. The local courier should buy a map/sat-nav/try knocking on the door/ringing the bell/actually attempting delivery. UK: 10/10 EU: 0/10

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at the drop off shop, straightforward and informative tracking site, 1 week from north UK to Fort Lauderdale USA, and half the price of the post office! Just about to tell my daughter who has a package for the same destination.

Total useless Customer Service.Not very helpful and actually lie when enquire about Parcel i paid for them to deliver for me in Australia.This parcel was booked with them on the 1st November.As of todays date 13th December this still has not been delivered.There is no phones to speaks to anyone at Parcel Monkey only able to contact by Email.Each time i email them then a different agent replies with different conflicting information.Still with no resolution to the problem that has arose.The company is a lot of hassle when things go wrong and they will not willingly help.I ended calling the courier company that they used myself,however they also said i had to contact the 3rd party that i had used to let them raise this issue with them as it was booked through them,However Parcel monkey originally told me that they would contact them over 7 days ago so this proves they had not done as they had claimed to have done (Liars and very unhelpful).Very poor Customer service.I have wasted a lot of my time trying to get this resolved as this company are quick to take your money,however extremely slow when an issue arises that they need to resolve.I would not recommend this company to anyone as when things go wrong the staff will not help resolve it. I will be contacting my bank about this as i paid for a service that they did not fulfill.

Ripped off for excess parcel weight charge. The parcel weighed 2.2 kg. I booked it in at 3kg. Parcel monkey reckon it was 6.2 kg !! It contained just 12 glass Xmas baubles and bubble wrap !! Try contacting them . I will never use again . At least Mr Turpin wore a mask !!

I never heard of this website before some one I knew suggested it. I had to send a big parcel back and asked Royal mail how much would it cost. To my horror, I was given a quote which is near to 30 GBP. When I was informed about this website, I could be able to post the parcel with in 11 GBP with Parcelforce and they even collected it..I recommend this website and I am a happy customer.

Extremely annoying and frustrating service. I can’t believe the positive reviews and can only imagine they may be Fake. I booked a collection for my goods for a moving, and spent the entire day waiting for the collection at home. The courier NEVER ARRIVED, and when I complained that I had wasted an entire day of holiday, they just suggested that I could drop off my 200 kg of goods at their drop off point if I needed to leave the house. No solution, no apologies. HORRIBLE. They only offered to rebook it for another day “for free”. It is really infuriating, as there is no even any guarantee the courier will come on that day.

Quite bizzare rreally, just received request to rate the service on here. So here we go - The Package was supposed to be collected on Dec 6th. I found Parcel Monkey very easy to use. My parcel was collected from home within a few hours and delivered within the two days promised. I can highly recommend them and would use them again.

What a great system Parcel Monkey is. Ordering, Payment and Delivery was so simple we could track our parcel right across Europe right to the delivery address and who signed for the package.
I certainly would use again and recommend Pacel Monkey
