very good service, I didnt need a printer as parcelforce didnt require one. I had to go out so I left my package just outside of my flats door. item was picked up and a copy of the label and transaction id was posted through my letterbox. with the transaction id number I was able to track my parcels progress up until delivery

Parcels are delayed, employees at parcel monkey so not want to help with any issues raised. Total waste of time and money using parcel monkey. Extort money from you and wont help or assist you when a problem arises. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY.

Easy to book with tracking. Only comment is collection said between 7am and 17.30 pm ..when I called I was clearly told it would not be until the afternoon when the drivers have done the deliveries that morning. So a clearer time window would make this a brilliant service better . Parcel force guy was great even help secure my parcel more for me.

The tracking number got changed at Gatwick Airport Depot and no one told me. When I tracked the parcel online, it looked as if it had been returned to the post office in Brighton. I popped there but they replied it had been posted. I spent 40 minutes (!!!) waiting on the phone before being able to talk to an operator who informed me that the tracking number had been changed in Gatwick Airport as the machines could not read the bar code...Bloody hell, you had my email address, my mobile, and could not be bothered to send me an email and update me?? I dropped an email to the available email address for assistance last Saturday morning, and I am still waiting for a reply (Tuesday evening). Using the new tracking number, that is not linked to my account (why??), it looks like the parcel has arrived in Italy but has not yet been delivered. In reality, my sister received it today. YOU ARE **** (MERDA IN ITALIAN).

Parcelmonkey is cheap, but the service is terrible. If you have a problem they will not actually help and will not even let you contact the delivery agency. Its a terrible position to be in if you cant afford anything else. Just beware and dont expect any accountability.

I believe Parcel Monkey are the best 3rd party courier service offering great prices. The website is simple to use, the only problem I have had is anything goes wrong there is no body to talk to and everything is done by email at Parcel Monkey. Problems take a long time to sort causing frustration.

An overall good experience. The only improvement that could be made would be a time slot for collection. Between 8am and 6pm is a long time to have to wait

Where to start. I had booked a courier through them for delivery to New Zealand in the middle of November. It was collected as planned by Parcelforce and sent to the Norsk depot near Heathrow as Parcelmonkey used Norsk for the transaction who then passed it to Courier for their international services. The tracking on the PM website wasnt working at all, and has never registered any progress. I was never advised who was actually sending the parcel to NZ and as such, couldnt track it until I eventually found thr Norsk site after much searching. No tracking had updated on their site either, until the 22nd November. At this point it said that there was a problem with customs and I had sent a message to my client to speak with Courier (still without any tracking numbers). She was told that it had already been sent back without any explanation. Tracking didnt update until after the parcel had been sent back so obviously we were all in the dark about it. There was no contact from Norsk, no contact from Parcelmonkey, no emails, no phone calls etc so there was no way I could have rectified any issues without knowing about them in NZ. This is the 23rd/24th when it gets back to the UK. I speak with Norsk, since these charlatans at parcelmonkey dont have a contact number. I had to wait 2 more weeks for an update, and noone could tell me anything about the box, where it is.. etc. I needed to get it back in transit to my client in NZ, as this was a new customer who had been waiting patiently for her saddle to be made by our company (12 weeks wait time on these saddles). I finally get a message from PM to advise that they claim i now owe them £318 for the return costs and they wont let me have my box until it is paid. Given that their tracking didnt work (norsks tracking was slow and Parcelmonkeys totally non existent), I was not told about any issues until it was too late and I had to find that out for myself and that their shoddy service took an additional 2 weeks to even contact me to move things forward... they are in breach of several major terms of contract in common law. They are legally not allowed to hold onto someones property in the UK and given that this is disputed and their fault for not providing correct tracking, they are now acting like thieves. Norsk are also complicit, as I asked them expressely to not let PM have this consignment back, and what did they do????? Send it back to these dodgy traders. I also understand that a lot goes missing in the PM warehouse. I am nervous as this could make or break my business since much of my stock and my saddles were stolen a few weeks ago, and I am having to start all over again. I feel it is going to mean a 12 hr round trip to their office in Eastleigh to sort this out.

Used Parcelmonkey to find the best price on a delivery. Placed an order on Thursday for collection the following Monday as it was the earliest available. It said it had been booked, and that it will be collected on the Monday. It wasnt. I contacted customer service to tell them this. Now my parcel was going to be late and I couldnt spend another day cooped-up indoors waiting for a courier. So I check the following day and I have received a reply telling me they have booked collection with DXdelivery even though I specified I didnt want this. So I told them I didnt want this and wanted a refund. I eventually had to post using the Post Office with Next Day delivery for 6X the price and ParcelMonkey have said that they will take up to 5 days to initiate a refund from their finance department. Consumers could use ParcelMonkey to find the best price, but they are unreliable to book with so use the best match courier directly as they cannot be trusted to deliver, literally.

3 parcels picked up in Falkirk to go to malta instead 10 days later we get told they are in Germany seemingly after 20+ calls one box on way to malta other 2 held in Germany after several calls they say batteries are in the box now the boxes are to be destroyed I have appealed many times as there are only toys+clothes in box for my 3 year old daughter xmas and if they do not get thru no xmas so as you can tell not happy with service Kathleen ure

Paid extra to avoid printing the address form only to find I had to anyway. There is no effective way of contacting this company to raise an issue or complain. If you are thinking of using them DONT.

A good experience - apart from the opening prices on your Webpage soon tripling or quadrupling when you insert the weight and dimensions of the parcel you want to send. A little more openness and honesty wouldnt go amiss.
The collection and delivery services were good and I will certainly use Parcel Monkey again in the future.
