It would have been a five but the details on my parcel should have been given to the driver all the driver had was the postcode of the industrial estate but on the parcel it had all the information where to pick up the parcel from

Picked up on time but despite paying for notification of delivery have received nothing - I still dont know if my parcel was delivered!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - booked a DPD international service through Parcel Monkey which was still not delivered almost one month later and then was advised item was lost. Apparently they tracked it only as far as collecting the item from our office and then lost all contact with the parcel. Help desk were unable to offer any help.

I have made booking to collect parcel at China, it was Chinese text, system accept it, and asked me to wait 30 min and labels will be emailed to me after hours no emails, then when i checked my Parcel Monkey account, shipment has been cancelled without notification, i have contact customer support, they told me they do not accept Chinese letters, thats fine, this is not a problem, i was happy to find address in English text, i gave them, they said they will be resubmitting order, and it will take 30 min again, no problem, I wait couple hours then contact them, (by the way their customer support like roulette game each time you wrote different person replies you back, you dont have someone who helps you always during the chat, and every time you write text you need to explain the issue again and again because they are lazy to read the chat conversation from start only checks and reply to your last message). and after i contact them they said they have submit again wait again 30 min. it has repeated same problems again and again, and i start chat 9am yesterday until they goes offline. Today i contact them again, and they said they need to re-book for tomorrow, however it was not booked yesterday no labels received? And i asked them why it is caused me all day to wait yesterday, no replies. and today again they made me wait hour, no labels again!!! They kidding with us i told them to contact their manager, or do manually, and no reply!!! After hours of chat they said "They will raise this to Their supervisor" i asked how long it will take, they cannot give time frame for this, how can i trust them to wait X time after this? And this shipment is for the business purpose, and we have to receive our goods until end of this week!!!

International deliver that takes 2-4 days at an above average price, but you pay that bit more for the service. What I paid for was the tracker not even right from parcel force, customer service where the only response was please wait 24-48 hours for a reply. And its currently day 8 and Ive just been told my parcel hasnt even left the post office literally a 5 minute walk from my house. There is no way my parcel is getting to the USA before I need it too.

I wouldn’t even give one star. The delivery itself was a nightmare which is not their fault but the customer service is shocking. Only online chat where the responses are slow if any at all

The DX Freight people did not turn up on the day that they said they would to collect the parcel and I waited in the house all day. There was no way to make contact with Monkey Parcel other than to book a delivery the next day. Unacceptable

Parcel was booked for next day pickup..Got a text next morning with pickup time slot ,only for driver not to show up after waiting home all day.No contact number to call ,no call from them,no update .so i sent an email asking for an update. No contact back from Parcel Monkey only for another text to come tgrough the next morning and parcel was eventually picked.This happens everytime that Ive used them.

Please be aware of the following terms you will sign up to when using parcel monkey . You may pay for your parcel to be collected on a set day and delivered the next day but clearly they have different ideas:- 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. 2.7. You will be responsible to ensure that the correct Goods are available to be collected by the Carrier from the collection address on the scheduled collection date. You should ensure that you or a trusted representative are physically present at the time of collection. The company shall not be liable for late collections, including those from Post Offices, courier depots or store locations unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date of goods were scheduled to be collected or dropped off on. 3.8 The company disclaims all liability for and consequential loss arising from, or in connection with, the services supplied by the Company and its agents. For the purpose of this Agreement, Consequential loss shall include, but not be limited to (i) Pure economic loss (ii) Loss of profits (iii) Losses incurred by any third party (iv) Loss of revenue (v) Loss of goodwill and reputation (vi) Loss of opportunity (vii) Loss of work. And their customer service is the worst, you will get no help from them. Absolutely awful company! Don’t use!

Quick, cheap and hassle-free!
I was pleasantly surprised to find it was cheaper compared to Royal Mail, DPD or DHL to send my parcel to Switzerland uisng Parcel monkeys self service labels. I was treated as a priority customer at the local post office dropoff point, so had to just go an hand my parcel in. Highly recommended. Good experience.

I have used parcel monkey a few times now and they are great only problem I had this time was when paying my 9parcels it wdnt allow me to put the value as every time I put it in then went to pay the value disappeared to read zero and now I have received my 9parcels and one arrived burst open so possibly things missing, it looks like the box has been ripped open?

Did a price comparison and Parcel Monkey came out on top. Make sure you use them when you need to increase the insurance on your parcel. They couldn’t be beat. Will definitely use next time.

I will never use this company ever again. There customer service is rubbish, No phones, no emails for contact just a call centre for problems and solve nothing. Complete utter rubbish experience. Treat people like rubbish.

dropped parcel off at DPD pickup point on 28th Nov pm. Parcel was only collected by DPD on 3rd Dec. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days. Estimated delivery now 8th Dec, making it at least 8 working days. Unacceptable when I paid for 3-4 days.
