Excellent service as always

Excellent website and so simple to use.
We posted two items to Los Angeles. The first (a large envelope) went by Royal Mail, which took something like two weeks to arrive. The second (a large and heavy box) went by DPD who took just 6 days to deliver.
We have used DPD a number of times - so efficient.

I cant express how utterly utterly rubbish this company is. 2 parcels sent, nither arrived on time. Arranged pickup of 1 and this chumps (chimps?) didnt tell the courier. AVOID. DO NOT USE. Go direct to a courier and at least you have someone who will take responsibility.

to start with I was very impressed, collection booked and parcel collected on time - exactly when they said they would be here. BUT 2 days later my parcel was returned with no explaination as to why it could not be delivered. I have tried contacting UK Mail but so far no response. Having looked at the tracking information I can only ascertain that when they tried to deliver my parcel at 07:37 to a business premises there was no one there to receive it - not surprising at this time of the morning. Could they not try to deliver it again at a more suitable time rather than sending it straight back!!!

My next day delivery parcel has been at the drop off point for 9 days. No help from Parcel Monkey. Pathetic service. Good website, good prices, but when things go wrong they are unable to offer any help. 7 out of 22 times I used them in 2017 things have gone wrong. That is 32%!!! Their DPD, UkMail and DX services are likely to end in disasters. Only their ParcelForce is reliable. Parcel Monkey do not give the impression that they have any contact with the couriers. All they do is check the tracking info (same as I do) and their replies are based on those even when the tracking info is obviously wrong. So effectively no help at all when you parcel stalls somewhere.

The worst company ever. I had to constantly reschedule 3 times! in total and in the end I had to cancel the service! They do not provide immediate solutions when most needed and the customers service is absolutely terrible, it is very obvious that people do not get properly trained for assistance. When they run out of possibilities, they just "suggest" to simply cancel and get a refund! Never ever use this company!

They accept a package quoting a 3 - 5 day service and then when it doesnt arrive, hiding behind the T&Cs saying that until its been delayed 5 days - so 10 in total you are not eligible for compensation. NEVER USE! CROCKS!

One star - given they do respond relatively promptly via their online customer service. But no additional stars, given they failed completely to arrange my pickup service over a two week period. I had to chase them after a week, at which point they apologised and said they would rearrange - days later, still no pickup - and no apology from them - just a suggestion that they would re-schedule again. Very poor when your core service is arranging pickup and delivery.

Extremely bad service. Spent one day waiting for the package to be picked up and nobody showed up, didnt even receive a message with the estimated collection time. Had to reschedule for another day, this time I did receive an estimated collection time, but again nobody appeared. Contacted the support service via chat (only option as they dont have a call center thing si find quite suspicious) and they told me as 5 days went by since my booking it couldnt be rescheduled for delivery again. No explanations, the only option I had was cancelling the service. Also worthwhile mentioning that you chat with like 3 people at the same time in one conversation, they reply randomly and the conversation doesnt make any sense at all. I think is a scam!

A good company to use, but when you need to make contact due to a problem its a headache .Ended up contacting Courier direct who sorted it out and said they were use to it.

This was last day , i have contact them asked them why it hasnt collected and they copied and paste same message to me 4th time ***************************I am very sorry to hear that your parcel was not collected by the courier you chose via our quote engine. I will now contact the courier to investigate and schedule another collection for as soon as possible, once I have this information I will update you directly via this messaging tool, so please keep an eye on your account for further details.********************** They are keep investigating, and here when they reply they asking you to open FAO Manager support ticket, but they dont know what they are doing!!! They have wasted my 1 week, i have booked my parcel last Friday, and today Thursday, i have asked them to cancel, because they are repeating same messages again and again!

Arrived to collect exactly when they said they would. The time slot they gave me saved me hanging around all day waiting for them to collect.
It was a big parcel and wasnt cheap to send, but parcel monkey still gave me the cheapest quote of all those that I tried.

Not only did parcel monkey loose my package, which as frustrating as it can be is nevertheless rationalisable, but the communication there after was attrocious. I am kicking my self in the teeth for not paying a little extra and going for someone more reputable. You get for what you pay for I suppose. £500 lesson learnt.

Was promised and I paid for parcel to be collected on Thursday It wasn’t collected until Friday 3.40 pm On the Thursday the tracking said my oarcel was In Southampton even though it was still in my house !!!!!

Overall disappointing service with parcel monkey. First of all the parcel was supposed to arrive in 2-3 working days, and it arrived in 7 working days. When I contacted parcel monkey numerous times I was getting unclear answers from them as if they didnt know where the parcel was or when it was getting delivered. The tracking system never worked, and still does not even after the parcel has been delivered! The cherry on the cake is that they told me later on that my parcel was over 1kg, when it was measured below 0.9kg from me with precision scales, so they charged me extra as well! I would not choose Parcel Monkey again in the future.

The parcel was to be collected at 12:45 and delivered before 14:00 only to be collected at 15:00 and delivered just before 17:00. when i called to check on the collection status the customer service lied and denied it after.
