My parcel was sent through parcel force 48hrs. It was picked up at 9.30 on the designated day but five days later it still hasnt shown up. The tracking/ consignment number apparently doesnt work either

Dropped package off at hub so did not get the no pick up problem, paid for 5 day service but this must have confused them as it has now been 5 WEEKS, parcel sat at Southampton for ages, now god knows where it is, should be in Crete, total shambles, messers, give them a miss, dont want to contact you, waste of money and the parcel as its gone to a black hole.

Never picked up parcel, then said weeks later they would have to cancel and refund order because it had been so long since the parcel had been ordered. Then didnt refund me until I chased them three times. Unfortunately for this company there are too many competitors, and service like this just makes me avoid in the future.

Sent on 28th November, arrived 8th December. VERY disappointed in this as was meant to be a 3-4 day service and paid £60 for the pleasure of this! Not happy, not happy at all. I will go back to using my other usual shipping company in future. Cheaper and gets there in 2-3 days.

It has been nearly a month. A shipment was sent via DPD to Greece from UK, minimal tracking updates and you did not follow up with myself regarding my support request. No sign of it, no update from you. I know you are just an agent, but you have taken money so need to provide that service. If I do not have any contact with you by close of business on Tuesday, I will be taking this further. PM5893427

I had a very bad experience dealing with parcel monkey, I book a parcel for return and left clear instructions where the parcel was in a shed at my house, parcel monkey passed the collection of the parcel to parcel force and did not get the details of where the parcel was the parcel force driver call and left me a note to get in contact and they would call back the following day mean while parcel monkey cancelled the collection of the parcel and I had to return the parcel through the post office. Parcel monkey had already taken the fee from my bank account and I have paid for a service that I did not receive. I not happy with the way this company has dealt with this matter and would be grateful if you could pass this message on to parcel monkey and have the money payed back into my account

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I was left waiting for 2 days for a parcel to be collected, no courier showed up. They have no customer service and no number you can call for assistance. They only offer an online chat for assistance and this is completely worthless, no one helps you. They show a total disregard for their customers. Never using this company again. Waste of time and money, if I could give them 0 stars I would.

1. Nobody collected parcel. 2. Communication is poor only option is live chat which was unavailable. 3. Unclear instructions on labelling your parcel. 4. Unable to reschedule the collection and have now cancelled it pending a refund. 5. Wasted my time - Done waste your time.

Pay attention before deciding to book with Parcel Monkey. If you are lucky and your parcels will reach the final destination, you might have a nice surprise one week after the delivery has been completed. They will send you an email announcing that they will apply an additional charge to your credit card because the size and weight of the parcels that you have declared during the booking was not correct according to their (false and phantom) calculations. This has happened to me, my girlfriend and another friend. We have all booked independently the delivery of couple of parcels with different bookings, we have taken care to measure very precisely the dimensions and weight of the boxes, we have been charged unfairly additional costs. It looks like it is a standard procedure that they use to make additional money, as it is not a case that three persons with three different independent bookings have been charged additional costs. This doesnt sound that "legal". Pay attention. Definetively not recommended.

First time using ParcelMonkey, wasted a whole day waiting for ParcelForce to another courier, they never came and even after contacting no reason was given for the failure... Refund requested and lesson learned, never used this company again!

Didnt collect - said that collection was not available - it was at a hotel and the packages were at reception - happened two days on the trot and then they never even attempted on the 3rd day despite me being told the collection was rescheduled - now to see if I actually get refunded the money...VERY BAD service indeed

Seems my parcel was stolen by the courier, impossible to get help from customer service. They only spam automated messages and refuse to help. Unclear if problem will be resolved or any compensation paid if it cant be found. Dishonest, avoid.

Must be the easiest way to find the right carrier for your parcels. The whole process from beginning to end takes just a few minutes. I have not been let down yet and have used Parcel Monkey many times now.

Be very careful of this company who appear to be run by monkeys....no maybe monkeys would have a conscience....! Collected parcel on Monday....was due for delivery in 2-3 days to me in France....not here by Thursday morning and it has taken 2 days to get any help and they have denied collecting the parcel, only after I showed them a copy of the collection receipt did they start to listen. After 4 hours of constant calls, online chat and emails they have just confirmed that they have no idea where the parcel is and there is nothing they can do, tough......it was a low cost computer part. Not major but now I have to order another one and wait for that to be delivered to France which means I cant work for another goodness knows how many days costing me a fortune. Very poor customer service and despite knowing they have lost the parcel they have taken no responsibility and told me the case is closed.

They failed to provide the service I paid for. I paid for a next day pickup which never appeared. Thus the delayed pick-up meant that my parcel was a day late. Customer services seem half-arsed and disjointed, and I have had to chase whether my complaint has been passed to the relevant team on numerous occasions. The complaints department have offered, no meaningful apology and its taken nearly 3 weeks to send me 2 emails that have not addressed the actual issue and offered no real resolution to my complaint.

Didnt collect, didnt notify, tried to BS that an attempt had been made (people there 24/7) - they hadnt... Tried to collect for attempt. Abysmal chat staff - only way to reach them. ABSOLUTELY USELESS
