I thought I would save a few pounds on courier fees as my package wasn’t urgent but have paid the price of this and wasted hours trying to track it. My package was collected on time although the driver somehow expected 4 boxes when only one was booked. Received a tracking number from Parcel Monkey which showed the item as “ready for collection” and remains that way 3 weeks later! After countless and pointless emails to the customer service they are unable to provide any clues as to the whereabouts of it! And my parcel still hasn’t arrived at its destination! I would never recommend this service to even my worst enemy.

Good price and very quick transport to Germany however when they couldn’t deliver the parcel they didn’t use the phone number that they had been given. My son had to track the parcel down and arrange redlivery to a different location.

They overcharged my debit card declaring that I have provided a wrong weight. Totally false! I have double checked the weight of my parcels also after the delivery and was corresponding to the information that I have provided before.

Great service, would have liked an email or text notification it had been delivered. Had to speak to the recipient to confirm delivery.

I ordered a product which was delivered damaged by one courier to another. When it arrived the driver advised me not to accept it. Since then its been emailing the company daily who arent accepting responsibility for the damage. The customer care is very poor as nothing is done over the phone its all email contact. Im now three months down the line dealing with parcel monkey, this was the worst decision i have ever made as a business owner, please dont take the chance on this company.

I recently sent a parcel to France. I weighed it, measured it (generously) then took it to the Post Office who also weighed it and got the same weight as me of 2.5kg. A few days later I received an email from Parcel Monkey stating that they had taken a further amount of money from my bank account because the parcel wright 5.2kg. This was totally wrong and as my parcel was checked with the PO there could be no mistake the I stated the correct weight. I will certainly not be using this company again.

Does what its meant to, a comparrision site for delivery service, and surprisingly cheap. I was thinking itll cost £20-30 to deliver a tv but it cost £10 instead.

The parcel was picked up but no text message to say when so just fortunate we were in. Apart from that the service was very good and parcel delivered the following day.

My parcel got there on time and in one piece , but had to ring several times on booking as the address was printed wrong for Germany ???? Great price though and appreciated the other end ????

Picked up the package at 3pm from Erskine, just outside Glasgow airport. Delivered to the door in Newport, Wales, the next day at 10;30. Great service!

Paid full price for parcel in uk but they took 6 pounds (1000 rs) extra at the time of handover. And they (dpd) metioned the wrong date of parcel arrivel. 4 days difference.

Parcel no.15501098062015 According to the parcel tracking information on DPD website, my parcel remained at the drop off shop for 10 days before collection. Now the expected delivery day is 20th December. if there are anymore hold ups it wont get there for Christmas. Very poor service from UK. lets hope the Australian team can deliver on time. Dropped off 28th November, Collected and shopped 8th December.

Absolute Mickey mouse service with an even unacceptable customer service team, Worst mistake ever booking with these cowboys, Trust me if you are looking to send a parcel go direct to the companies even if it costs more you will save yourself the headache and hassle of chasing around these jokers. My parcel is stuck in customs and I had to find this out myself dispute being told Id recieve emails, at one point I was told it had been delivered to the address I sent it to when it was sat at customs. Booked 3 - 4 day service and now its been over a week and I am none the wiser as to what to do or how to get my parcel. Tracking service is still showing as pick up scheduled which makes the tracking service non existant.
