Worst service Ive ever used in my life. Dont use it, the fact its cheap is not enough for the amount of stress and the actual economic damage caused by their incompetence, unprofessionalism and rudeness. I booked a collection for Tuesday, as I absolutely needed my parcel to be delivered by end of week, and the courier didnt show up without even letting me know. My boyfriend changed his work plans to be home the WHOLE DAY waiting for this disgraceful service, and he ended up losing money for nothing. In the evening, I contacted the customer service via chat and explained them the economic damage caused by them, and the fact that I needed my parcel to be delivered by end of week and they said they could book me in for a collection on the day after, which was the Wednesday. I told them that I absolutely needed it to be collected before 10 am, because I couldnt risk to have someone stay home once again for nothing. To this, they left the chat, and went presumably home, I never received a reply, not even a notice that they were leaving and, on top of that, they didnt even book my collection as they said they would. After waiting for the whole evening to receive a reply, I contacted them via email to explain again my ordeal, and also to formally complain about the rudeness of their customer service. I received a reply the day after, saying they had booked my collection for the Thursday, which was another day later, TWO DAYS AFTER my booked collection date. All this without mentioning anything else and without apologising about the rudeness of their customer service. Since at this point I had not trust at all in this unprofessional company, I cancelled the collection and had to book it with another company, which costed twice as much, but booked me a collection on the very same day and guaranteed my delivery within a certain date. Stay away from this service, which is not a service at all, because, when you need support, they will not give it to you, and you cant even contact the courier directly to solve the situation, so you have absolutely no way of solving your issues!!! Absolutely useless.

Nightmare. Parcelforce claimed to have attempted delivery, but no card was left with details. Their customer service helpline took ages and kept passing me to different people before I would usually get cut off. Five days after the arranged date no other attempts have been made at redeliver despite me spending hours on their helpline, website and email asking for this and being told each day redelivery would happen. Each day I waited in for the van and no one showed. Given up now, doubt I will get a refund. Waste of time, would never use again. Nick

Ordering is great - website is easy to use but if you have a problem customer services via email and site is a pain as they will not ring any couriers only email them. Slows everything down.

I arranged to have a 30kg parcel collected from Bangkok and delivered to myself in the UK, all went well, only thing that could have been better was the need for commercial invoices i could not skip this part as my supplier would prepare these in BKK, but would use again.

left a favourite dress in a hotel in khazagstan.... parcel monkey picked it very quickly once I paid and kept me informed all the way through the journey.....very impressed...seems to be related to dhl but much cheaper

Atrocious service, parcel not collected. Customer service appalling. 3-5 days for a refund?? You took the money instantly. Be weary, these are cowboys if this experience is anything to go by.

I cant believe am here again. Warning ! this company is terrible, they have taken my money, not delivered my parcel and now when I have started to make an insurance claim decided they have found my parcel and that it was wrapped incorrectly and that my options are to collect from their office in Southampton or pay to have it re-delivered to the sender for 45£, or destroy it ! I ask why they took a parcel that they are telling was so badly wrapped. There is no mention of refunding my 80 odd pounds it cost me in the being for a parcel that has never been received. I have spoken to trading standards today and they are very interested.

I use parcel monkey several times a year to send gifts to family in Canada
And I have never had any problems.the service is quick and reliable. The website is very easy and tracking is comprehensive.

I dropped my parcel to Lithuania at my local post office after booking through online on a wednesday . It was delivered on Monday morning .
Cool.
It was the cheapest price too when I compare with other companies .
I will recommend everyone with my experienc. Its easy to book too .

I booked Tuffnells to collect a parcel and they did not turn up on the specified day. There was no communication whatsoever from them so I had to wait in all day. They then turned up the following day - again without letting me know - so I was left completely unsure whether to wait in again or rebook with another company. I would not use Tuffnells again. However, I thought the Parcel Monkey site itself was useful.

Charged me additional money for delivery, i proved my weights and dimensions were correct by photo evidence, they still wouldnt refund the extra charges and started ignoring my correspondence!, so i had to ask the credit card company to step in. DO NOT USE, save your self the hassle...

Who would want to use a company that treats their customers so badly. Their insurance quarentee is a con! Everything to do with the claims process is set up for you to fail. They don’t listen, nor understand what their talking about. Then when you go on their chat, or their dash board, they delete all evidence of the claim details. Because I paid by PayPal, PayPal awarded me the money back I paid for a insurance, under insuring the goods because what could go wrong? Didn’t turn up on collection day Didn’t turn up Ist thing next morning as promised, collected 4pm! Dropped pallet as the 350 kg Rayburn £6000 new, was dropped Put on a different pallet and loaded on its front. Parts were missing, plenty of evidence of before, waiting and on the delivery truck, and still they dismissed the claim!! This was a pallet delivery, yet their reason for not paying out as there wasn’t sufficient packing in the box!!!! The way Parcel monkey treat its customers is despicable, customers are a pain. We’re of to small claims court now. Do not use Parcel monkey. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear you have been confronted with this additional charge.
Any additional charges come from the courier who laser measure the dimensions and weight of all of the parcels. If the dimensions are out or the weight is stated incorrectly at the time of booking, this can give an incorrect volumetric weight. The carrier then invoices us for the extra weight and we pass this charge down to you.
