Parcel was scheduled for pick up on Tuesday, courier arrived on Saturday prior and then again on the Monday and couldnt scan the package. Was finally picked up on the Tuesday, no further updates and no idea where my package actually is anymore! This would be an Evri/Hermes pick up problem though, not parcel monkey!

Parcel never arrived. Did not compensate me. (They put on there restricted items ... phones over £250 ... making me think its covered ... as my phone being shipped was £220, Then they also write "All Phones" on a seperate line, purposely confusing the customer) Only offer me about a £16.99compensation on a £236.99 parcel consignment that they lost, or was stolen. Use UPS or FEDEX and the pay the small bit extra !! Terrible Service DO NOT USE !!!!!

If you google parcel delivery and this ‘company’ appears in the search results please ignore them and go elsewhere. Have used this ‘company’ twice. Both times a disaster. Even though they allow you to make an extra payment for 24 hour delivery - they will provide no compensation if your item is late as long as it is delivered within 5 days! Avoid them at all cost.

I sent a parcel to HK from the UK using an expensive Global Priority tracked and signed service, in mid-February. With no tracking information being provided in weeks and the parcel not being delivered, I contacted the Parcel Monkey Customer Service. After a few days of "investigation" Ive been told that my parcel was LOST and that the company holds NO RESPONSIBILITY for the damage. Shamelessly, they dont even offer to return the price of the shipment that has never been fulfilled. The content of my parcel was a very valuable and rare pair of sneakers that there is no replacement for it, not matter how much youll pay. I regret choosing and trusting Parcel Monkey and advise you, DO NOT REPEAT MY MISTAKE.

I had a parcel delivered to a friend and it arrived two days later. My friend said the delivery person was very polite and engaging. The website was easy to navigate and straightforward. The price of sending the parcel was much less than P2G, the courier are usually use.

My parcel was sent to me after waiting 2 weeks to arrive to Spain, I didn’t get a notification or an explanation of why it has been returned. And they don’t even have a phone number you can call to get more information, have to wait for a reply online and they take forever.

Poor experience. Contacted customer service yesterday.24 hours on and still no contact.They have charged me an additional £32.00 for a package heading to the USA,claim is the parcel weighs 6kg? Tuff envelope 30cm/20cm/8cm, wig in the envelope weighs 500gsm.Can I get a response...ah not yet.Poor by any standard,quick to take your money.Be careful.

You are dishonest and unhelpful. You told me my account was suspended and that my tiny parcel of 125gms had been reweighed by the ‘courier’ at 2kg and that I owed an extra £10.89. I contacted the courier Parcelforce to be told there was no extra charge owing. You haven’t replied to my messages to give me an answer. I am looking into reporting you for fraud with the ombudsman

Very poor website/ booking area. There are no instruction on what to do. Each time I put various details into specific areas/ boxes the information in the previous box disappeared. It took me 11 attempts to ensure all the boxes. A really frustrating experience

I really didn’t want to be one of them, calling someone a fraudster/scammer etc etc but they really are. We used them to send a parcel to a customer at the the cost of £28. Boxed correctly, weighed correctly/measured correctly, we even take photos. Also paid to insure. About a two weeks after it’s been delivered and instant without notice payment if £67 is taken from out business account on top of the already £28. This is nearly £100 to ship a 6kg box. No telephone number to call, customers service just says we are looking into it, no explanation, just a follow up invoice claiming we put in the wrong weight. Now we re entered the exact parcel at the new weight claimed and went up to 20kg….the price remains the same. We will no longer use such a company, it seems like they offer a low price to then grab more later because in their T&C it says they can. Now I have no issue with that but not then it’s completely false, it is just not professional and the fact the is zero contact number just makes it even worse. Lucky my bank within 24hrs pulled the payment back and they was reported. Never again. I hope they can correct this and wish them all the best.

I always choose to use ParcelMonkey when I need to send a large parcel. They offer me Parcelforce (which is one of the few that take bulky or heavy parcels) at prices so low no one else can match them.
Thats worth some stars. Then their website works well. That gets some stars too.
Lastly they dont let me down when I need help.
This is NOW a great choice. A great improvement on years gone by.

Not good. Had item returned, ParcelForce would refund, but it needed to go via Parcel Monkey. They refused to help. No possibility to deal with a human, so no way to resolve. Better off paying a bit more with one of the others and getting a reliable service. Wont bother with this company again...
