PARCEL NIGHTMARE! TOTALLY AVOID, eventhough parcelforce agreed to refund but these guys in the middle wouldnt!

In theory Parcel Monkey is a great tool, however the customer service and claims system is extremely slow and awkward. Had a parcel not delivered by Parcel Force and after a few weeks of poking parcel monkey for an explanation, their response was to tell me parcel force had destroyed it and they were sorry for any inconvenience caused despite paying extra for up to £200 of insurance value. Im now closer to sorting the full refund but you have to press and press to get any sort of claim sorted.

Parcel Monkey should be renamed Parcel Fraudsters. We sent 3 items costing £1500 and when they arrived all items were severely damaged, contacted Parcel Monkey who gave us a Ticket number and said they would look into it. Short story we could not get hold of them as they have no phones and all communication was totally ignored, STEER CLEAR OF PARCEL MONKEY

SHOCKING COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRIED TO CON ME OUT OF BEST PART OF £100 WITH NO EVIDENCE OR CALIBRATION DATA.SAYING MY PARCEL WAS OVERSIZE BY 10 CM. Hi! Ive sent the parcel to Greece on February 28, and it is still marked as exported in tracking(. So it has been been already almost 2 weeks(. I strongly hope that it has not been lost on its way somewhere.

Awful company. Tried to charge £60+ for a parcel which they claimed was 30kg heavier than stated. Frauds! Never use this company.

Use mybaggage instead. I used this company to send a parcel from Edinburgh to London - with 24 hour express delivery. I dropped the parcel off on Thursday morning - it has since been 9 days and the parcel has not arrived. The customer service is automated and ineffective - I would highly recommend using mybaggage as an alternative. They are the same on price and the customer service is much better.

Had to rearrange collection 3 times before itnwas eventually collected on a day it wasnt scheduled for collection! No way to make contact with and actual human.
