Very poor website/ booking area. There are no instruction on what to do. Each time I put various details into specific areas/ boxes the information in the previous box disappeared. It took me 11 attempts to ensure all the boxes. A really frustrating experience

I really didn’t want to be one of them, calling someone a fraudster/scammer etc etc but they really are. We used them to send a parcel to a customer at the the cost of £28. Boxed correctly, weighed correctly/measured correctly, we even take photos. Also paid to insure. About a two weeks after it’s been delivered and instant without notice payment if £67 is taken from out business account on top of the already £28. This is nearly £100 to ship a 6kg box. No telephone number to call, customers service just says we are looking into it, no explanation, just a follow up invoice claiming we put in the wrong weight. Now we re entered the exact parcel at the new weight claimed and went up to 20kg….the price remains the same. We will no longer use such a company, it seems like they offer a low price to then grab more later because in their T&C it says they can. Now I have no issue with that but not then it’s completely false, it is just not professional and the fact the is zero contact number just makes it even worse. Lucky my bank within 24hrs pulled the payment back and they was reported. Never again. I hope they can correct this and wish them all the best.

I always choose to use ParcelMonkey when I need to send a large parcel. They offer me Parcelforce (which is one of the few that take bulky or heavy parcels) at prices so low no one else can match them.
Thats worth some stars. Then their website works well. That gets some stars too.
Lastly they dont let me down when I need help.
This is NOW a great choice. A great improvement on years gone by.

Not good. Had item returned, ParcelForce would refund, but it needed to go via Parcel Monkey. They refused to help. No possibility to deal with a human, so no way to resolve. Better off paying a bit more with one of the others and getting a reliable service. Wont bother with this company again...

Filled in form (auto fill) so return address house number & postcode present allowed to pay then told cant print label, contacted so called CS @ PM said there was a 1 put in the second line return address! What house number & postcode present but allowed to pay for product should not of allowed to proceed with payment if there was a so called fault..! (All you need is house number & postcode) - will use Parcelforce as never any issues with them.

Yet again a parcel has gone to a depot for the customer to collect but with no notification that the customer has to collect and yet again I will have to pay to resend this. Can your company insist to the French courier company to leave a note for the customer to collect, so far none of my customers have turned out to be mind readers when a parcel isnt delivered and no note left! The reason Im giving 3 stars is in the UK PM are great, for France and Germany the courier drivers dont care.

Unfortunately we did not have a printer to print the label. The courier took the info on her mobile and said she would print the label for us. Lovely lady, went above and beyond.

I was having difficulty printing my label at home but the driver puta bar code on it and said he would get a label printed in the depot.Marvellous the package was delivered successfully,so thank you all very much .regards Brenda.

I ordered FedEx to deliver my parcel tho parcel monkey tracking number pm11300559 when I put my email address in I made a mistake putting a extra L in gmail so I didnt receive any email from them so I had to cancel the order and reorder I asked for a refund and was told to login in to my account using the email address which doesnt exist. I sent a copy of the invoice from my normal parcel monkey account now they have not contacted me for 5 days now.

I sent a birthday present for my son to Taiwan on the 23rd February 23. So far its not been delivered and this company are absolutely useless and inept in the response given to my queries. I advise anyone using them to be very wary of this company.

I booked a parcel to collected by Evri from my work address and then delivered onwards. Noone came to collect on the following day as advised. I waited until late on the next day and still no collection so I contacted Parcel Monkey to advise and they basically said there was nothing they could do but rebook. No apology, no Ill speak to the courier etc to find out why. So I had no choice but to rebook. Very disappointed in Parcel Monkeys customer service. They just didnt seem to care. It finally got collected on the third day when it should have been delivered at its destination.

Received my parcel back from USA completely damaged inside as well as the outside. Item was broken. Provided several pictures as proof and still they’ve decided not to compensate. I will never be using their services again. Disappointing!

posted items to USA, gave me price of postage and also labels to print off for the courier [parcelforce] and the USA customs. Collected the next day and arrived in USA 3 days later. Easy transaction
