KEEP AWAY IF YOU NEED DELIVERY YOUR PARCEL! I did send 3 large parcel from Scotland to Tenerife. 2 Parcel was returned from Madrid to Scotland (reason no tax declaration) No money been refunded for over 3 week of return parcel You can paid for the parcel if no tax declaration are done. So everything was done correctly. 1 parcel been missing, and no body even trying help you with localized parcel. The customer service are extremely unqualified, they no really know what they doing! Im extremely disappointed Its a true monkey business ???? Keep away! Is just discussing

Parcelforce say they attended for original pick up date & that I was not in but they did not ring the doorbell and I was in. Had to ask for another pick up the following day. Supposed to be delivered in Australia within 8 days from pick up date and tracking info says still at local depot 5 days later. (It’s for my nieces birthday so needs to be there by 3rd March..). Parcel monkey has been great in the past so not sure what or if its gone wrong this time??

Courier did not collect next day as arranged. I had to drive to their depot some 10 miles away. They did same last time some months before. They did turn up to another courier the day after I had already sent myself it from the depot, 2 men, who were in own old white un marked van, & not in any type of uniform, they seemed un kempt, & not the type you would give valuables to. NOTE TO ME, DO NOT USE Courier. EVER

Driver came on a Sunday when collection was booked for Monday so had my daughter phone me in a panic thinking I forgot it. It was packed up but I didnt want my daughter handing it over when I was expecting it to be collected Monday. Driver then took a photo saying it wasnt ready? And said someone would collect on Monday

You quoted £43for the parcel, when I came to pay it had gone up to over £60 No explanation, nothing. You did not want to know. Try giving a legitimate reason next time, not conning me out of my money. Very bad

I had never heard of parcel monkey before. But it was easy to use input in the weight and dimensions of the large parcel, then put in the postcodes. It gave me several quotes to choose from. I selected UPs as the courier printed the label booked a pick up day and that was it sorted.

Had to get an item to the USA quickly and Royal Mail were unable to send it due to hackers, Parcel Monkey arranged for the item to be picked up and delivered within the timescale

Took 5 days to arrive, not bad due to customs, theyve did it in 4. 3rd time I used them this year, all good. Theyre also cheaper than other comparison sites. Use Parcelforce, cheaper and more reliable than DCP

Two days running no collection with Courier, they are trying for a third day. Happened last month with another collection they booked. Easier to book easier with courier directly.

The parcel for collection and delivery contained a 55 inch television in a purpose built, double walled, well packed box for a 55 inch television. The courier was Parcelforce. The television was delivered to the delivery address upside down in packaging box which readily identified the top from the bottom of the product, as packaged. Parcelforce are not legally accountable for the smashed and bent over screen as the arrangement was made through Parcel Monkey. In turn, Parcel Monkey have failed to respond to my complaint and report of the matter. The consumer must ask that if the delivery of of parcel, heavily marked with “Fragile” tape is delivered in the fashion witnessed, just how was the parcel of this 55 inch television handled when unsupervised by the consumer. Don’t use Parcel Monkey. Some may suspect that they act to give impunity from responsibility from any courier the consumer decides to use via Parcel Monkey, who in turn, don’t respond to complaints.

Parcel Monkey are a shambles. Tried to send a parcel to Turkey, they attempted delivery, recipient not there, parcel was sent to their nearest depot but made no communication with recipient. By the time PM had contacted me re failed delivery the time had run out and it was returning back to England ???????????? Rubbish service don’t waste your money like I did
