It helped me find the cheapest service to deliver my parcel the next working day. It was straightforward to print off the label and take the parcel to a convenient nearby shop for collection. The parcel arrived next day as promised.

Paid for a 24hr service not 48hours. Courier lied about attempted pick up and we have video evidence to prove it. No apology given nor part refund. I had one very unhappy customer who had to wait at home for two days for courier to collect

The packaging was damaged en route and set aside by the courier. As such, it didnt arrive within the guaranteed period - it took 4 days rather than 2. The courier confirmed that I was entitled to a full refund of the shipping costs and insurance but Parcel Monkey refused saying that the parcel had to be delayed by a minimum of 5 days before any compensation was payable.

Rubbish, paid £55 for a parcel in the US, after delivery got a message that they will charge me £30 more as my parcel was 12kg rather than 6. My parcel was 5.5kg when i weight it wrote 6 to make sure i have no issues. It is impossible to be 12kg for the items i sent. Messaged parcel monkey 2 times about it no reply. Awful service.

Very straightforward. Parcel was collected and delivered in excellent time. In my opinion it is worth paying a little extra for parcel force as i have used them several times and have never been disappointed.

.i am an artist . I have been using them for years with no problem …sending my artwork to the usa. Dpd declared my artwork on the prohibited list …which it is NOT. My parcel was returned weeks later. Parcel monkey would not refund my money. They took my money and dint do the job I paid them to do. They are thieves in my opinion. I will not be using them again .

Start of process very good, but delivery time is incorrect as going into Europe now takes up to 10days.

Poor customer service. Faulty and misleading advertising! Parcel should be delivered in 3 days. Ive been told they will contact delivery company regarding location a week later they still didnt provide me with the correct location. Been told 2.7 terms and conditions I have to ensure that the parcel is being collected on time even though I dropped it off 2 days earlier before the scheduled collection! Avoid if you can. I definitely will!

No communcation about collection (when) Parcel not collected on Wed - tracking stated not collected then at 7am on Thurs suddenly states courier arrived Thurs. they did not, did not leave a card and parcelforce always do. Workmen outside saw no courier. Re-scheduled for Thurs - advised to leave note. Put note on door with explicit instructions to secure place and neighbour who could help. Also gave my mobile number - no collection. Parcel Moneky closed. Cant get anyone on the phone - just online message which is not realtime. Poor service. I paid £80 and in light of the way they conduct business who knows if I will get it back.

Terrible company, we got the weight wrong on the label and they took an additional £80 out of our bank account on top of the £27 we had already paid without our knowledge or consent. We would have been happy to pay the extra but not effectively get fined!

Sent a package from the UK to Ireland and the package was returned to the UK without any notice. I have been in communication with this company, hoping to resend the package to the address in the UK, but the response efficiency is very low, resulting in the package being disposed two months later without any compensation. Five packages were sent at the same time, and only one package has been returned so far.

Poor service from their customer service team. Sent a parcel on a priority service, the parcel arrived late to the address and had to forward to another address at the cost of 5 times the initial service. No response when I reached out the day before it was due requesting support on checking if the parcel would reach on time. Response from their complaints team was well they can be up to 5 days late.

A poor service with awful support. While they do respond to your questions and have a wonderful setup system, if your package is sent with no flaw, its great! However...if there is a fault which has happened TWICE and the package is not a purchased good and a gift, they still demand you to supply a purchase reciept of the product. I am a one man maker, who specialises in making niche things for friends, so paypal is my only way of purchase. Parcel monkey requires you to have a reciept in a specific way, and if not, they will not bother helping you. This has happened twice, and I will make sure to make this known that the service is poor. Even if your package isnt lost, and is in limbo for tracking, they wont look into it without "The proof of the sale must show the description of the item that was sold/purchased" Please, do not use this service, no matter how positive people may be randomly. If its lost, support is bad.
