Rubbish, no phone number to contact for issues 2 parcels sitting here for 7 days till I took them to EVRI shop myself. No collection made and on the top of that they emailed us saying the collection is been cancelled and thank you very much for letting us know I never cancelled any collection. so, yes, rubbish service.

Utterly awful service. Paid for a two day service from UK to Ireland - all details correct - after 14 days package remains undelivered. Parcelforce clearly want nothing to do with issue and fob me off to Parcel Monkey who are no help either and gave me a Spanish contact address to make contact with!!! Hopeless

At first I thought this company was really good, easy to use etc but be warned if anything goes wrong there is no telephone number to contact them and their live chat wasnt answered after 18 hrs. They have taken money from my account without my knowledge or permission - not impressed. Wont be using them again

Generally when things get delivered all is well, most parcels to arrive safe and I buy insurance each time correctly for the odd time things go wrong. However, how a company responds when an item arrives broken and the correct insurance was purchased and one has to be patient for almost three and a half months I dont believe that to be more than a one star rating. Sure they can say they are waiting to hear from the courier and thanks me for my patience, but at what point are they not embarrassed and just settle the insurance claim?

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Parcel not delivered, no refund (nearly £200) and the worst communication. Youre only able to type communication and then wait for them to ignore you. I am at my wits end after trying to resolve this issue for two months now

As with previous U.K. to USA deliveries it was quick - 8 days, but not as quick as the 3-4 days quoted. However, the Parcel Monkey tracking service lets the whole experience down. Whether using Parcel Force or DPD their tracking system is awful. For the entire 8 days it was posting ‘no tracking information available at this time’. Get your tracking right & it would be 5*

Evri failed to collect on Friday. I ended up taking parcel to drop off point on Monday ......NOT the service I paid for, very poor, wont use them again
