Everything went smoothly. Perfect

Parcel wasnt collected on the pre-arranged date. Tracking said the courier had attempted collection but hadnt (CCTV proved this). Re-arranged collection and promised upgraded to 24hr. This didnt happen and parcel was a day late.

I was charged twice to send same parcel and even though I have sent a screen shot as requested parcel monkey have still not reimbursed my money or acknowledged receipt of the 2 emails I have sent them showing this information. Apart from the fact they can see I only had one parcel going out for this amount so why were they even requesting this information. 3 weeks later still no response or refund!

Absolutely terrible service Avoid at all costs Damaged both my parcels and then refused to refund for inadequate packaging when proof was sent that itmes where bubble wrapped then put in cardboard boxes and then shrink wrapped.

5th day now and parcel still not collected. £32 for what. The service is appalling . I dont want you to blame the courier and say its nothing to do with you...fix it you took my money so yes it is something to do with you. Avoid .

Excellent service. I have used Parcel Monkey in the past but this is the first time post Brexit.
My parcel was from the UK to France and Parcel Monkey helped with links to customs forms which made the process simple.
Parcel arrived quickly without any fuss.

Pros: good service, price is competitive
Cons:
+ cannot book multiple packages at once, e.g. with chosen DHL service, you have to finish one by one.
+ cannot edit package once finished, only can remove and start over.
+ labels arrangement is poor, not optional for different types of label paper.

Having booked a parcel from the UK to Sweden their agent dpd delivered it to the Netherlands and having paid the new post Brexit VAT and Import taxes the agent promptly returned the parcel back to me. So I have paid Parcel Monkey to act on my behalf placing the shipment and also import duties for a parcel I now have again, waiting to find someone else to deliver it. I have tried to discuss this with Parcel Monkey who just hide behind a web based help centre and have no phone number to discuss the problem to refund my Parcel Monkey payment and also their agents fees. No proceeding to the Credit Card recovery process to attempt getting payments reversed.

people dont use this company they took from me 1290 pounds to deliver boxes to 2 different locations since the 19th of April and my boxes still in the UK for check and when i asked them to send me the boxes back they said ok but you want be refunded. 1290 will be taken from me and job wasnt done. Dont use them people!!!!

This is the last time I use parcel monkey for anything where reasonable care needs to be taken. This is the second time something has been damaged in transit.Based on my first experience even though I packed the item well with two cardboard boxes I hold zero hope of getting anything through the so-called insurance and compensation scheme. By comparison Hermes has a relatively straightforward procedure and pay out reliably if things go wrong.. Parcel monkey are a poor company who will do anything to blame you rather than pay out on valid compensation insurance claims.

Excellent Collection and Delivery with DHL Courier within 48 hours of booking
Courier company kept me updated so knew within one hour what time to expect the parcel Arrived within time quoted .DHL Courier was polite and professional .Parcel was received undamaged.

Using dpd. Sent parcel to Austria, it was returned almost 4 weeks later because recipient did not pay duty etc., in time allowed. This was because email sent to her went into junk mailbox. Although they had her phone number did not bother to ring her or send follow up email. Decision to return parcel made very quickly. Had to pay again to have parcel returned. Tracking facility useless and simply said there were no tracking events for this parcel.

This the first time that I have used Parcel Monkey. Its a quick way to find out prices for parcels to be shipped worldwide. Once I picked, which carrier to used the rest was easy and quick to complete. I will use them again.

Recommended to Parcel Monkey by the recipient of three higher value parcels I needed to send him. Easy to use bookings page which threw up multiple options at a range of prices and carriers. Opted for Parcel Force Collection with 24 hour delivery and £800 insurance cover.
A cross check with the PF website showed that the Parcel Monkey site was a lot cheaper for my chosen option.
Paid and confirmatory receipt, parcel labels for the 3 boxes and detailed packing recommendations received by email shortly after.
Confirming email from Parcel Force with tracking number followed. All went like clockwork!

The parcel arrived in Majorca and was ready for delivery on 20th April but 5 days later it still had not been delivered. This may be a local issue rather than parcel monkeys fault

I shipped a package from the UK to Sweden. The invoice was incorrect, and customs on the receiving end were exorbitant. So they shipped the package back and lost it. Seriously. How lame can you get. I put in a claim almost a month ago, and have gotten nothing but excuses. This company is beyond lame.
