A good service but the parcel was delivered in 7 days not the 3 stated. This was probably a problem at the Hong Kong end. The website can sometimes be a bit tricky not accepting information known to be accurate for example asking for a telephone number when you have put it . On a second or third try it works. Apart from that l am happy with the service and have used it many times

Easy system. Chose my preferred transportation and took my parcel to the post office. Delivered earlier than I had expected. Hardest part was weighing the parcel! Thank you

I was very impressed with Parcel Monkey from pick up to forward despatch to Bermuda. However, it has taken DHL more than a week to deliver my parcel from a mere mile away!!!!!

Mis-sold parcel delivery and insurance. Site clearly stated item could be posted, and item very clearly described, but item was returned 2 weeks later after being chased for whereabouts. This was meant to be a 3-5 day delivery! To add salt to the wounds, Parcel Monkey refused a refund! I R Baboon, is that you?

I have always been extremely satisfied with sending parcels through parcel monkey. But my last parcel last week was trashed! Box was labels fragile, although I, 3 x boxed my goods including bubble wrapped around goods outside of each box and outside box was sturdy. I won’t send fragile goods again ☹️

Appalling ..will never use again ..paid for Priority International Delivery which quotes 3-8 day delivery and 8 days later its still in the UK with Parcel force. .have sent numerous chats to Parcel Monkey and I get the same replies its apparently due to volume of parcels etc ..no one at Parcel Monkey will call anyone @ Parcel Force and find out exactly when this will get resolved. ...will be requesting a full refund ...AVOID THEM

All went well - booked a DHL pick up. Driver couldn’t scan my label but took it anyway to sort it out at the depot.

Whatever you do, dont use Parcel Monkey. In December (4 months ago), my wife shipped 6 packages via them to our home in France. 4/6 never arrived, and they just confirmed that two of those are *definitely* lost. A 33% success rate is beyond horrible. There were things in those packages that cannot be replaced.

Parcel Monkey offer some really good postage savings - Ive saved up to 50% with certain carriers. Ive used them several times and the experience has always been positive. The only thing I dont like, is the fact the parcel return address is always the Parcel Monkey depot, rather than the actual sender. I do fear that if a parcel ever did get returned to sender, it could result in a total nightmare. Were it not for the return address thing I would gladly give 5 stars.

On Wed 31 Mar I paid for parcel to be collected by Courier Parcel Next Day, and in due course I received a message from Courier to say it would be collected between 5.30 and 6.30 on Thu 1 April. But they never came. Now, according to Parcel Monkey I cannot contact Courier (not that there would be much point I imagine), but can re-schedule through them and... the earliest available date for collection is Tue 6 April! Wow, thats some service. This was the first time I tried Parcel Monkey and certainly it will be the last. My question is why do Parcel Monkey use a company like Courier if they are so unreliable - just look at their review rating on TrustPilot - over 6,000 reviews and 90% bad. My bet is they wont answer this review and if they do then it wont be in a timely manner. Avoid! Postscript Fri 2 Apr: Just tried to contact Parcel Monkey and guess what - they are only available Mon-Fri but apparently not on bank holidays or at weekends. So I have to wait until Tue 6 Apr. A complete joke of a company. Oh, and why do I have to re-book it because it wasnt collected - after all Im the one paying for this (non) service?

I am still sturggling to get my things back frm parcel monkey. After back and forth for 3 months they told me they will let me know when their retun items team receives my things back to arrang for return I chased for weeks and I told them Im afraid you have lost my things as you didnt return my things for almost 4 monthssss I receive a relpy telling me that they found my goods they are not lost and they are with the courier to be sent to the destination and now looking at the tracking status it is pending indemnity form... which it contradicts what they told me first that they will be returned apparently they didnt ask to return them and DIDNT TELL THE TRUTH It is really frustrating I think after 4 months going round and round with them I am entitled to have my things returned and get my money back. I told them I am no longer wish to use their service. I will not use them ever again I dont want to see hear deal with them after the unprofessional service. STAY AWAY I cant put in words the struggle I have. They dont seem to understand English as I sent them plenty of times I am not happy and I want to cancel I want my things returned and after 4 months they should do that by themselves without asking but no they say let us keep the money and the goods. They only apologize and reply to my reviews to contact them and that they will investigate but they never do anything and now they stopped replying to me. I wish I can share print screens of the converstions to see my struggle. I never had such experience with a company like this before. I am writing this long reviews to keep you away from them and protect you

Prompt delivery and everything came as expected and intact. I will say the driver who picked up the parcel couldnt have been less helpful even if he tried. That being said the whole process was cost and time effective, thank you parcel monkey!

I missed the courier the first time he called to collect the parcel. I was worried that I would have to re-book and tried to contact the company but without success. However early next morning I received a text saying he would call again that afternoon. He called at the time he said and took the parcel away. It would have been nice to know that he would call again! Otherwise, great service at a great price.

Disgraceful customer service. If your parcel is not measured millimetre perfect you may be subject to a £52 surcharge. My parcel was 4cm smaller in height than declared and in breach of rules.I could understand if I had sent bigger than what I booked but it was smaller.

I paid for next day delivery- for time sensitive items and they where delivered 3 days later. I wrote to bothe Parcel Monkey and Courier and received no response. My shielding 75 year old Mother received her Birthday cards two days late. Not impressed.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY I Used this company to arrange a return, the courier turned up on the day 22.3.21 he collected the 25kg parcel and delivered it to their Bury Manchester depot where it disappeared without trace. I have contacted Parcel monkey and DX everyday since but i am still waiting for any positive feedback and am currently £115 out of pocket. APPALLING SERVICE BY ALL CONCERNED

The parcel not delivered in time. The parcel was collected promptly on 17/03/2021 but has not yet been delivered to the destination as of today 1/4/2021. DPD tracking status tindicates the parcel is still in transit. DPD Ref: 00275134336.

As a small business I used parcel monkey for years. I am very careful with packaging and very rarely have problems.Last year I sent a very robust item (an antique diving helmet) which was packed as well as it could be and it was pretty much crushed in transit causing £600 in damage.Parcel monkey did not want to know .I even wrote to the Chief Executives which was ignored. After I threatened legal action they offered me £160 compensation (£100 + cost of postage).As it was going to take 2+ years to pursue a claim I accepted and they paid £100 then ignored all contact re the remainder, despite the offer being in writing on their customer portal. They are untrustworthy and their customer service is appalling I will never use them again!
