Track shipment does not work. There is no data. Even though the parcel has already been delivered a couple of week ago you cannot see any status of the parcel in My Account as there is no data at all.
Apart from that Im quite happy. The prices are good and customer services is excellent.

I regularly use parcel monkey for sending parcels to my family abroad and have never been disappointed with the service. The website is user friendly and easy to use. Email instructions for packaging and labeling clear and concise. And the best part is my family have their parcel within 5 days!

Before you ship with this company read the negative reviews. I agree, I had good luck but not any more. I paid for fedex service from the US to italy. i was never told it was not fedex door to door. they took my money picked up the package then delivered to their US depot. then i learned that jersey post was forwarding it to the Uk to clear through there then to italy. i learned after the fact that what i paid for was only fedex in the usa . next PM sent the pckg jersey post. I continued to ask about the progress and tracking of my pgk. i kept getting false information. this includes: fedex tracking number for a parcel already delivered to PM. Pkg left PM depot here is Jersey post tracking information, no information added. no updates, PM tells me Pgk in the UK. no updates, erroneous information. I am sure no one at PM has a clue where my parcel is. I doubt it will show up. I will write a second time once i have an update if ever.

My parcel was delayed and not enough clear information was given for the reason and what I needed to do to solve the issue, then to top it off I was charged an additional £1.49 not the end of the world but was said to be due to the volumetric size and weight, but as the size was correct and the weight was under 4kg they still charged for a heavier weight, what a cheek

My parcel is still being held in customs. They are charging another £200 in tax which is absolutely ridiculous. Never anything send from this company.

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR DELIVERING ANYTHING - BE WARNED BY THE MANY MANY BAD REVIEWS. I only recently began using PM (with reasonable success) and have had several parcels collected and delivered both in UK and abroad. My most recent experience is, however, a completely different story in that the latest parcel was another one to my son in Bulgaria and contained the identical delivery address label to a previously delivered parcel to that address. A week after collection I received an email from PM to say that my parcel could not be delivered due to insufficient delivery details even though they had delivered the previous parcel to that same delivery address. Also on the parcel was the Bulgarian telephone number and email for the recipient (which they obviously were not prepared to use). PMs only solution to the problem was for me to agree to either pay an additional £17.00 for them to return the parcel to me, or collect it from their depot at Southampton, or to agree to its destruction/disposal. I had no choice but to pay up and so I finally paid around £45 to not get my son and grand sons presents delivered. There is no way of speaking to a real person at PM the only form of communication if via their inadequate text portal. IT REALLY IS A SCAM SETUP - BE WARNED.

Sent a paintball marker which was not on the prohibited list and legal in both countys after 5 days it came back with no previous communication. Had a label on it saying Illegal firearm which is kind of strange as if it were a real firearm they are duty bound to inform the police. Instead they just sent it back telling me that they knew it was not a firearm.

Easy to do. I boxed up two packages containing Easter eggs and other treats for my grandchildren who live in north Wales. Weighed the boxes. Printed off the labels. Job done. Royal Mail parcel force guy came at 11am the following morning (Friday) to collect them. No having to queue at the post office. Grandchildren received the boxes on the Monday. I was able to track the boxes on the app too. Fab service.

Very efficient service. We have used many times previously when sending boxes to my son in Australia. The box is collected from your home and 5 or 6 days later it arrives at my son house. Great!

I have used parcel monkey for my business for around 8 years. Never needed to look elsewhere as I trust them to get the job done. Love that I can choose which service to use, easy format that let’s me know if it’s a drop off to a PO or a collection from my business. Let’s me know the difference in prices. Any issue I have had has been dealt with quickly.

I will not deal with your company anymore. I sent a parcel to Turkey. In their site they mentioned parcel 3-5 days delivery will be arrived but takes 7 days it was two days late.!! I am not excepting will take longer than 3-5 days as they mentioned in their site, this is not good service To deal with customers because you will start losing costumers because you are not following what you put in your site. Who will compensate me for the delay?

The guidance as to where to drop of the parcel was woefully inadequate. My partner trudged the streets for an hour before he found the shop that acted as a drop-point. So much for your maps! Perhaps an address with an accurate postcode might help instead of a "pin" placed "somewhere" on a Google map? So quite honestly, Im not overly tempted to use you again. There was nothing wrong with the delivery end of things, that all worked fine; but it wasnt too much more expensive to send it via the Royal Mail and at least I would have known where to drop it (or order a pick-up).

I will never use this company again, ordered next day delivery and it was two days late. With no customer service and I had to do all the leg work to find my parcel, by contacting the delivery company directly. The live chat is awful and it’s like taking to a computer (computer says no!!!)

Very very bad service.Courier is much better and reliable company. I send the parcel still in Customs no progress provide all the paperwork. They said door to door service it’s nothing like that.please don’t trust there service.

Im expecting a parcel for Cogenhoe, United Kingdom. I checked track and trace, and it said it is getting ready for export, but that was 13th february, and it hasnt progressed since. Parcel shipped on 22th january. TWO MONTHS. Lorella

Ive been using parcelmonkey for several years - July 2019 is the earliest entry on my account page. I just sent a box of easter confectionary to some relatives - the box was of very good quality and in new condition. Internally it was stuffed with bubble wrap and the brown paper that Amazon use with their boxes. On delivery the box was so squashed that both sides of the box had burst open, one ripping the box staples that joined it together. Clearly DPD has put something very heavy on it - even though the box was light itself. Laughably I choose to pay extra for DPD over ParcelForce as I thought that they were suppossed to be more reliable! The contents were all broken. OK - so I cannot claim for the confectionary as they list this on their exclusion list (it seems that most things are nowadays). But I am apparently not even entitled to a refund of the carriage - as the parcel was delivered and so they deem that "the service was provided although the parcel was damaged". So it seems that I cannot now expect that any parcel I send is not to be mistreated and abused, as that is what has clearly happened here. A great attitude and a great way to loose customers. What a joke.
