The guidance as to where to drop of the parcel was woefully inadequate. My partner trudged the streets for an hour before he found the shop that acted as a drop-point. So much for your maps! Perhaps an address with an accurate postcode might help instead of a "pin" placed "somewhere" on a Google map? So quite honestly, Im not overly tempted to use you again. There was nothing wrong with the delivery end of things, that all worked fine; but it wasnt too much more expensive to send it via the Royal Mail and at least I would have known where to drop it (or order a pick-up).

I will never use this company again, ordered next day delivery and it was two days late. With no customer service and I had to do all the leg work to find my parcel, by contacting the delivery company directly. The live chat is awful and it’s like taking to a computer (computer says no!!!)

Very very bad service.Courier is much better and reliable company. I send the parcel still in Customs no progress provide all the paperwork. They said door to door service it’s nothing like that.please don’t trust there service.

Im expecting a parcel for Cogenhoe, United Kingdom. I checked track and trace, and it said it is getting ready for export, but that was 13th february, and it hasnt progressed since. Parcel shipped on 22th january. TWO MONTHS. Lorella

Ive been using parcelmonkey for several years - July 2019 is the earliest entry on my account page. I just sent a box of easter confectionary to some relatives - the box was of very good quality and in new condition. Internally it was stuffed with bubble wrap and the brown paper that Amazon use with their boxes. On delivery the box was so squashed that both sides of the box had burst open, one ripping the box staples that joined it together. Clearly DPD has put something very heavy on it - even though the box was light itself. Laughably I choose to pay extra for DPD over ParcelForce as I thought that they were suppossed to be more reliable! The contents were all broken. OK - so I cannot claim for the confectionary as they list this on their exclusion list (it seems that most things are nowadays). But I am apparently not even entitled to a refund of the carriage - as the parcel was delivered and so they deem that "the service was provided although the parcel was damaged". So it seems that I cannot now expect that any parcel I send is not to be mistreated and abused, as that is what has clearly happened here. A great attitude and a great way to loose customers. What a joke.

I booked a courier through this company. They never picked up the parcel and claiming its delivered. Pictures are clearly showing a different parcel. pathetic customer service. you should never use this company. Shipment status is cancelled but refused to refund me. I had been talking to their customer support since November. Pathetic customer support never understood the issues.

I booked with parcelmonkey for shipping from the UK to Syria. The service they used was Courier. I have an account with Courier and I already know Courier will NOT ship to Syria due to the economical sanctions. I contacted parcelmonkey and asked if they really can ship to Syria and the agent said yes. I even explained to the agent about the sanctions and he confirmed they can ship to Syria. I paid and Courier driver picked up the parcel. After ten days, the shipment had no update at all when i tracked on Courier website. I phoned Courier and asked about it, they said they can not ship to Syria and they are waiting for the monkey to request the return. I phoned the monkey and asked where my shipment was and the stupid Monkey said they tried 2 times to deliver it but no one was at the address in Syria. the address i sent to was a laboratory which opens from 7am to 10pm. I asked the agent if there is any evidence they knocked the door or any photo of the door of the address they reached in Syria but he said they have evidence but they can not show it. one advice i can give to parcel monkey: If you insist to lie to your customers you need to learn how to lie because we are not that stupid to believe whatever you say. I would have appreciated if you said you did not know Courier would not ship to syria. After two lies your agent made, you charged me around £15 for return from your warehouse in UK to my address in UK. you also charged me 3 times more for shipping out. you charged me £87.68 for Syria while the shipping cost to Lebanon (next to Syria) was £28. so i paid you £102 for nothing. what i got in return was two stupid lies and damaged parcel. When i complained you said you need picture of the broken items. Why dont you offer picture of the address in Syria if you say you knocked the door twice while Courier the carrier admitted the shipment never left the uk

Love the comparison of whats available, the ability to choose and print the label off at home. Only pain is sometimes you have to wait for the label to arrive and that can be 15 mins which is fine once you know that but if one is in a hurry .....

I did not recommend very bad service first and last time to use this service they got poor partnership with company they charge you here and there too I charge in both countries almost 156 pounds did not worth it and plus the address is correct 4 time they ask me to address is not correct I book for door to door service they just said pick your parcel from half way it’s really stressful and they said to me update your address I have to pay them more to update my address really awful service please guys be careful

This company cannot deal with International shipments. When things go wrong they’ll bat you from one customer service ‘advisor’ to the next, asking the same questions about information they already have on their systems. Standard responses have been ‘we are unable’, ‘we cannot’ ..... the stress involved in trying to get a very important shipment returned from China after non-delivery has been horrendous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. We never got our shipment back, losing irreplaceable sample products, at massive cost to our business.

Confectionery is now classed as a food item...it is as far as Parcel Monkeys prohibited list goes. They accept your clearly customs labelled consignment containing Easter gifts and charge £93 to deliver. Delivery failed, goods were returned and apparently thats my fault I didnt read microprint. What happened to a reputable company advising its customers? Absolutely useless and refusing to refund any of the fee they have effectively stolen.

The parcel arrived really late sadly It’s actually not the first issues I’ve had issues. I actually think parcel monkey are really good, but the companies they use from my experience have sometimes shown a complete lack of communication and common sense which inevitably results in cancellations and lateness. I have proof to back up my comments and parcel monkey has this evidence in their database also so there’s no lies or slander or bad publication. Just honesty. I’ll still continue to support you parcel Monkey. I’ve actually recommended you to over 350 people including huge companies.
