Disgrace, my partner booked and paid for a delivery, the driver came and said he wouldnt take the item, too large eve though we gave all the details of sizes and weights etc, so parcel monkey said hed have to pay for another delivery and wait for a refund for the first delivery, then the courier didnt even come 2nd time, still waiting for a refund for that one which was well over a week ago, 3rd attempt was meant to be next day delivery, it wasnt collected until 2 days later so was taken on a Friday so with the weekend was expecting it would be Monday, turned up on Tuesday, completely snapped in half (a solid wood table top) so customer didnt accept it obviously, no communication at all from delivery company with any explanations, now being passed from pillow to post for reimbursement, no telephone numbers to speak to anyone. Quick to take money but slow to refund and hopeless at resolving issues.

Everything was great, collected on time and sent it happily however it took a lot longer then 3 days as stated, 6 days to arrive to delivery location which was a little too late as my sister was travelling so she missed the parcel. I think it was sent to the wrong depo so hence the delay.

Difficulty tracking parcel going to Ireland. Also finding correct codes for customs was a nightmare, tho i blame brexit for that. Overall, very good service and value for money.

It said it will take 3 days but it took 7 days . Half of the item was missing .

Would not recommend. Parcelmonkey overcharged me by £29.99 they slapped an excess weight charge of 44kg (equiv. 2 bags cement) for sending a small car steering wheel that only weighed less than 2kg that correct cost was £8.19. Despite me raising a dispute and sending several messages and photo evidence inc. pic of steering wheel on scales and proof of ebay transaction etc they still have not resolved things. So be warned!!!

Unlike other prepaid ebay type returns and sales where I have been flummoxed by .how to send larger items, Parcel Monkey made the whole return so EASY!

I was sending a parcel to Canada. Parcel monkey was as easy as any of the sites that I have tried to get customs forms filled in, carriers arranged and labels tinted off. Competitive prices too. Within 4 days my son had his parcel safe and sound.

Did provide competitive prices but not now. Very hard to work with when the courier has issues as theyre a third party and you can not talk directly with the courier because of this. The prices have jumped by 100% when sending from N.Ireland. Disgraceful Have set up an account with DPD who I can deal with directly if issues arise and a lot cheaper due to the price increases.

My parcel was collected on 2nd March bound for Spain. Addressed with a saved address on the parcel monkey site that has been used many times before with successful delivery. On Friday 12th March my mum said the parcel had still not arrived so I downloaded the DPD app and there was an update on 6th March saying the package was being returned to sender. The parcel Monkey website said there was a delay. I telephoned DPD and was told that my parcel was not accepted for distribution in Spain because I was a private individual sending to another individual. This is as a result of Brexit problems. I was told to await my parcel’s return and contact Parcel monkey for a refund of the nearly £20 I had paid in postage. On Friday 19th I was notified by parcel monkey that they had my parcel as it had been incorrectly addressed !! And if I wanted it sent back to me (which I do) I would have to pay an admin fee of £5 and £7 something postage for it to be returned. I had 7 days to let them know. I cannot phone and speak to anyone as there is no option to do this and despite my messaging them online they have not contacted me back. So be warned.

collected from the house, and I could follow every step of my parcel..was sending to Zambia...took 7 days including a weekend...so maybe 5. Arrived to the joy of my friend.The only problem I have is the expense but for such a service I think its worthwhile :)
