Brilliant service my only negative would be how difficult it end up for me to send 5 parcels that was large. But came when they said so I happy and will be using it again

Simple to follow and simple to post. One issue and that’s with Hermes, advertises a shop closes to me can take the package but they don’t have a scanner to do so.

Skates sent from UK to Austria. Booked via parcel monkey. Collected by DPD. And they were successfully collected. But that’s the only positive point here. It’s now been 2 weeks since collection. Skates haven’t even made it to Austria. Since 3 days after collection, they have sat in a depot. 3 days after arriving at that depot the tracking updated to ‘in customs awaiting duty payment’ - I was not contacted in any way to alert me, nor the Austrian buyer, so no one requested duty payment or contacted us in any way to suggest this payment was due and how it was paid. 3 days later again and the tracking updated to say the item could not be delivered, the storage limit had been accepted and to contact the sender for more information. Well I am the sender and I have no information. So at this point I escalate to Parcel monkey for assistance. Absolutely pointless. In 2 weeks all they’ve replied with (to my now 5+ update requests) is reworded versions of the tracking information. They don’t have a clue where my parcel is, when it’s getting returned to me, why it never made it to Austria, why no customs office never got in touch to say they’ve got the parcel and there’s a 3 day period where duties must be paid. And the worst thing is, they just purposely delay asking for 24 hours here and 48 hours there before having an answer. They then don’t contact you with any updates once that time had expired. They wait for you to contact them again and rehash something that’s already been said and ask for a further delay to ascertain why there’s been no updates. My advice is to steer clear of Parcel monkey during this Covid/brexit situation as they are completely and utterly useless in providing any type of support or assistance. I mean, where are my skates right now? They don’t have a clue.

Despite giving the phone number of the recipient, the parcel was thrown over a gate and nobody knew it was there till the next day. So it was late for the birthday but luckily wasnt broken or rained on. If they had rung the bell the dog would have alerted the recipient. I do not think the service was worth the next £10 I paid for it.

Easy to book the parcels on website, easy to leave @ shop for delivery. There were 2 parcels one of which was delivered the next day as arranged, the 2nd parcel was delivered 2 days later

Helpful as always, I needed to send a large parcel off in a pinch (using same day delivery, eek!) and Parcel Monkey helped me find the right courier for the job. The box arrived at its destination within just a few hours. Totally amazed.

The service was perfect, on time the currier for collection as it was scheduled, disappointed regarding the tracking, seems it is still at the local depot but the parcel has been delivered. Still good service!

Simple & straightforward price comparison done by ParcelMonkey, identified good delivery service (Parcelforce) for my case, very easy to set up & process. Parcelmonkey provided all helpful links in emails (label for printout, instructions, tracking link) and everything went smoothly.

Courier kept me informed about pick up time during the original day. Meant I had to arrange to stay in that day so earlier notification of exact hour would have been helpful. However the parcel arrived intact within the delivery time stated so over Alan efficient service ????

The service (UK to USA) turned out eventually to be good, but during the timeline of delivery the system showed my parcel as being back in the original UK deposit location. Very confusing and my online chat did not resolve my query. I was told I would be contacted when the courier clarified the situation, but I was never contacted.

The worst courier service possible. I sent numerous high value items via Parcel Monkey paying on average £50 shipping per item, comparatively this was cheaper than other couriers... it wasnt difficult to see why that was the case. With the first three deliveries (all next day delivery), two of them arrived a day late. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt given COVID etc, so I continued to use them. I shipped five more high value items with them over the next week (all fully insured and next day delivery). That week alone, on two occasions the driver failed to show up to collect the shipments, resulting in further delayed shipments. However, worst of all, one item turned up with a huge hole in the side of the box, consequently voiding the warranty of the product inside, resulting in the customer wanting a refund (as they should). I automatically filed a claim with Parcel Monkey, assuming that the copious amount of insurance money I had paid for over the last eight shipments may actually come to fruition. Yet nothing, awful customer service and consequently left me at a £450 loss. Will never ever ship again!

Saved me about £20 on what I would normally pay to have the parcel delivered, and it was collected from my door. The site was easy to use, the communication afterwards was great. My only gripe would be Id booked what I was told was next day delivery, but it arrived the day after that. It wasnt an issue to us, but something to be aware of.

My parcel was posted Tuesday from Edinburgh and received by my daughter in Norway on the Friday. Well done for great service yet again.
However on sending my daughter in Norway a parcel at the end of the year, much as Parcel Monkey accepted on line all that was listed on my document, accepted my order, accepted my money but the parcel was returned before leaving Scotland because it contained 4 x hair mousse. Why??? When flying I can carry hair mousse in my hand luggage I can put it in my hold luggage yet why is it not accepted in a box by Parcel Monkey/Parcel Force. I had to resend (minus the hair mousse) costing me yet another £32 but Parcel Monkey would not refund my original £32. Policy needs to change regarding sending hair mousse surely. Whats the difference between personally carrying it in hand luggage and also sitting in a plane whilst its in my hold luggage but being sent in a box?? is not acceptable!!!! Please look into this, thank you.
