Had placed order for pick up and delivery. Was advised parcel would be picked up yesterday between 5.55pm and 6.55pm after sitting in all day! Courier did not turn up. Contacted Parcel Monkey who then told me they had rescheduled pickup for today, lo and behold courier didn’t turn up after staying in for second day!! Would certainly NOT recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone. Total waste of space!!

So easy and much cheaper than I thought it was going to be as I had quite a large box. I had the parcel collected from my home and it was delivered within 2 days. No problems at all.

Arranged a pickup of an item 24 hours prior. 48 hour door to door. Waited in all day and they didnt collect. Contacted customer service who have rescheduled for tomorrow. I now have to print a new form and then wait in again tomorrow. The audacity and rudeness of it all. I am not lucky enough to be furloughed I have to work. I know sh"" happens but Ive paid for a fast delivery and have wasted two days waiting in. Unacceptable AVOID AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

The parcel was picked up 11 days ago and has still not been delivered or any update posted. I am really disappointed as the service is normally exceptional and while I understand there are new rules re sending parcels abroad, I think some communication with regard to the progress would have helped as there has been no answer to the email I sent, so not sure I would use the company again.

Disappointing service! I booked a parcel collection and received no confirmation of pick-up. I contacted ParcelMonkey to check as it was for urgent next-day delivery. I offered to drop off at one of their locations. They suggested I cancel my order if I wanted to drop off. I cancelled and a courier showed up about 30 minutes later. The website is ambiguous about when the parcels will be delivered. "1-2 days" is not clear enough

The parcel got damaged, and arrived back at my door in around two weeks. Even though I paid for insurance, parcel monkey refuse to pay to replace the items or even refund the original shipping cost. At least their name is right, theyre a bunch of absolute monkeys!

Used parcel monkey two times and everything went smooth, great service. 3rd time was terrible nobody turned up to another courier, no contact number on website virtually impossible to get hold of anyone from the company 5 emails with no response. Never received any email back or a refund. Couple of months go buy and yesterday a client who purchased something off me arranged there own post (parcel monkey) when they emailed me the shipping label the post code was diffrent on two different documents, driver turned up and I couldn’t let the parcel go as we had no idea we’re it was going to go. Further 3 emails no reply as of yet think I’ll spend the extra pound and book direct with another company from now on.

All worked like clockwork again. It was a parcel to NZ and it arrived in 8/9 days, having been collected from my house. It was also half the price of Royal Mail.

Really easy process from start to finish. I had a pretty big and heavy parcel to post, I was worried it was going to be a hassle and really expensive but Parcel Monkey was great, really easy to compare prices and input weight and size of parcel. Courier arrived on time as suggested and was great value for money. Would highly recommend and would definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

I sent a parcel, it sat uncollected in the drop off point for 2 weeks, then two further weeks later i receive a note offering me the "opportunity" to pay £12 to have it returned to me, blaming me for incorrectly addressing the parcel. I was able to clearly demonstrate this was incorrect and the month before theyd delivered a package to the same address. There customer service just stonewalls my emails with stock response, made no apology and or acknowledgment that they hold any responsibility. Take your money and screw you if it goes wrong, is the on sentiment i can take from this, that and we will hold your package hostage until you pay, when we should be compensating you. One star is too much and this follows a string of poor experiences.

I used PM in December for a delivery from London to Berlin which did not happen well (I am still waiting for my parcels, and one of them has been lost). While logistical issues in this business will appear, my experience with the claim department has been a consistent disappointment. I sent 5 parcels from London to Berlin. One parcel containing my bicycle got lost by the first courrier (3 courriers in total). I put a protected value of £700 for the 5 parcels, including £400 for this specific item. Note that when I requested PM services, they asked me to give a protected value FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL parcel. Now however, for the compensation for the lost item, they want to calculate the protection value for each kilogram and multiply it by the weight of the lost parcel, which in my case will result in £195.75 so less than half of the protected value I paid for. This is truly unprofessional. I dont recommend using PM if you send valuable items. And to answer PM comment "please note that your request has been processed and the management team is handling your case": the claim was logged a month ago and I still dont know what I am entitled to as a compensation. The management team is very slow in answering and only answers the questions they want. I dont think the case is "handled".

Highly recommend Parcel Monkey! From measuring, weighing printing off label then dropping off at local post office - it couldn’t have been easier! The instructions were clear & it took only 5 days for the parcel to go from rural Scotland to Arizona USA.
They e mailed my receipt along with the tracking number & I was able to follow my parcels journey from door to door.
