I was given good notice of collection of parcel and courier arrived ahead of time, was courteous and efficient. Delivery was equally trouble free and arrived at time stated.

Used a couple of times recently. First time very good but this time had problem getting info re. collection. Customer tried to contact Parcelforce but without success and promised to get back to me ASAP. Never did

I have had no information since 27th January regarding the parcel I sent on the 25th January. When I ask for updates the message is still the same as it was on the 27th January, International Hub Exported from the UK. I have no idea where my parcel is. I can find any information on who to contact to get more information.

Horrendous service and, to my mind, breach of contract. I paid for a delivery from France to the UK and they delivered it straight back to me a week later without explanation but with some damage. Incredibly vague and obstructive customer support. It was clear from the beginning that they planned to wriggle out of their responsibilities any way they could. And they did, by ignoring the contract I had with them and passing me over to the carrier to fight it out with them, on a technicality which wasnt a problem for the next carrier I chose and who delivered it quickly. They refused to refund me. Communication stopped when I demanded actual contact details of responsible people at their company who would receive my complaint without simply giving me well-rehearsed excuses, and those of the carrier. I received no apologies, no service and no satisfaction - and I am out of pocket. And if Parcel Monkey choose to answer this complaint, I fully expect some smooth-talking BS...

Totally unhappy with the service and customer support. I did arrange for the day after delivery and was waiting for 3 days and they didnt another courier. The customer service was not supportive at all and after 4 days of promising coming today they did cancel. Totally disappointing. I do not recommend this website and service at all.

This was a quick and easy way of finding the most appropriate way to send my parcel at tred best price. Once booked, my parcel was collected the following day and delivered in perfect condition the day after that. Thank you Parcel Monkey.

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had. Ive booked the Parcel Force International service, which was advertised as 4-5 days delivery (to the EU). The parcel was collected from the post office on the 15th -- it is now the 5th of February and the parcel still hasnt been delivered. The tracking hasnt been updated in 2+ weeks. Ive reached out to Parcel Force on numerous occasions but they refused to provide any information as the service was booked through Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey has failed to provide ANY help, ANY indication of where the parcel is etc. Ive contacted them 4 times in the space of 2 weeks, and every time they advised me to WAIT and KEEP AN EYE ON THE TRACKING. Like, WHAT? 3+ weeks have elapsed since this parcel was collected and it still hasnt been delivered, and you keep telling me to wait and check the tracking???!! They also kept insisting that both Brexit and COVID were causing delays, but 3+ weeks is no longer considered a delay -- its an OUTRAGE. Not in their opinion, though, hence they refused to investigate with Parcel Force. Since the service I paid for (£30+) was NOT provided, Ive requested my money back. Their reply was another apology -- nothing else. No assurance that theyre looking into it or anything like that. Theyve said theyve reached out to PF, but given their lacklustre replies I suspect they never bothered to. Otherwise theyd have been able to tell me where the parcel was/is or if its been lost etc. AVOID booking delivery through Parcel Monkey AT ALL COSTS. Their customer service is APPALING, OUTRAGEOUS AND RATHER RUDE. Book through another courier or the courier directly, otherwise you may consider your parcel as good as lost from the moment you choose Parcel Monkey!!!

Hello, Paid for Parcel Monkey to deliver a parcel. Was advised will take four to five days. Its been nearly three weeks and the item appears to be lost. Contacted Parcel Monkeys Customer Service Centre and the communication has been disappointing as no clear roadmap on resolving this issue. Always a different person responding with either a one line response or a cut and pasted reply. Nearly two weeks have past and no one at Parcel Monkey can help me. Ive noticed that the Parcel Monkey customer service team on Trustpilot appear to pick and chose which enquiries they wish to visually respond to which is concerning. I could not recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone, its better to pay a bit extra and use a courier who has a Customer Service Team who will take Ownership and Responsibility over lost item and actually care about the service they deliver and about how the customer feels. No phone call from Parcel Monkey with a full update, however they always ask for my number. Ive provided Parcel Money with the tracking number and photo of the parcel and still they are unable to resolve my enquiry. My experience with Parcel Monkey has been very disappointing as no one really wants to help. It only seems like Parcel Monkey reply in order to comply and reach their own internal KPI / targets of responding back with a one line response within their own internal targeted timescale. Look forward to hearing back from Parcel Monkey with a full explanation. Thank you

I have been booking shipments with the monkey for few months now and have been getting consistently good results .I have however noticed that when using Parcelforce it seems to make difference which post office I drop my parcels off at? Is this a courier issue or postmaster issue ?I have found a happy medium which works fine so good enough

Parcelmonkey have been great for many deliveries weve sent both home and abroad, but this time a Courier door-to-door from Brighton to London picked up Friday for a birthday on Monday had to eventually be picked up by the recipient from a local shop 4 days late. Very unimpressed. Have previously sent a parcel door-to-door just before Christmas to exactly the same receiving address from the same sending address with no problem and it arrived bang on time. Might have been a Courier problem so may avoid using them in future.

I struggled a bit with the new tariffs codes.
Maybe a dropdown selection would make it easier to select.

I always use Parcel Monkey and had no problems they even sorted out communication with courier for me when a parcel was very late in being delivered that was no fault of theirs but they sorted out the problem when I was getting know where so 10 out of 10 Parcel Monkey thank you

Easy to manage and book a collection. DHL confused matters slightly by not turning up on the day & time agreed. A new pickup time was arranged for the following day, which worked out.

Parcel was collected on 11th Jan and appears not to have moved in more than 3 weeks according to the tracking system. Have had multiple conversations with the customer communications team and while they respond quickly, my parcel has not been located, and no indication that it will be found or shipped. Recognise that the issue is most likely with Parcelforce, however Parcelmonkey make it clear that we should not talk to the courier directly. In future, work directly with the courier company.
