On sending an important package to our granddaughter in Australia, the parcel arrived on time and without damage. Couriers both ends very friendly and polite.

I sent a parcel to Ireland paid for delivery in two days. The recipient received a email two weeks later asking him to pay duty/tax of nearly €100. My problem with this is that nothing was flagged at the time of booking that this was even a possibility! I feel that it is parcel monkeys responsibility to make their customers aware when they take the order that they may be liable for extra tax/duty. The parcel eventually arrived two weeks and two days late!!

I used PM in December for a delivery from London to Berlin which did not happen well (I am still waiting for my parcels, and one of them has been lost). While logistical issues in this business will appear, my experience with the claim department has been a consistent disappointment. The claim department has been very slow to answer (a week on average to get back to me) and so far they only answered the questions they wanted. So to date, half of my questions (including sharing the terms & conditions of my contract!) are still unanswered. I sent parcels from London to Berlin, which included 3 couriers in total. One parcel containing my bicycle got lost by the first courrier. When I filed a claim for compensation for the lost parcel, I provided a receipt. The claim department now tells me that the receipt is outdated (its a second-hand bicycle). I put a protected value of £400 for this item (and paid the extra fee!) but they dont seem to care about this. I asked to see the terms and conditions when an item is lost 3 times already, and they never got back to me. This is truly unprofessional. I dont recommend using PM if you send valuable items.

I belive it is cause by the lockdown situation. I don’t mind that more than ten days the parcel is still in the same post office I dropped. But the tracing information update system is terrible. At first 10 days it shows me that the parcel was in Hub. And it had been send back the Old street post office 2 days ago.It was me that send the parcel to Old street post office 12 days ago.

My parcel has been prepared for delivery to the Netherlands at the hub since the 12th January, since then the tracker states it is still in the hub 10 days later. This is appalling!!!

Do not use because this service is unreliable and will lose your parcel and will not offer you any refund or excuse. Avoid unless you want to lose your money and package. Go with a respectable carrier and do not trust Parcel Monkey. $100 went down the drain because I made the mistake of using Parcel Monkey.

Good value and international parcel safely delivered. A little slower than hoped, but given Brexit to be expected. The ‘form-filling’ was made easy and the main thing is that my friend received their parcel safety at a tricky time.

Totally ripped off by Courier booked through parcel monkey charged an extra fee for package larger and heavier than stated which was untrue I sent photographs of the item in the box which I used on the Ebay sale page plus other pictures proving that Courier had made a mistake but no they wanted photographs of the package with labels on that I sent 9 days ago? they could not use common sense to see the error that had been made by Courier so please use with caution and photograph every package with labels before you send it and weigh it and photograph that, ridiculous that you have to do that every time you send a package....be carfeful everyone they are out to rip you off.

Not able to see grandchildren in Bristol and lockdown going on. So packed up presents in 2 boxes, collected West Wales Monday 12 noon, delivered Tuesday 12 noon. Brilliant service - strongly recommend.
