Awful! Please avoid! Very upset! Parcel Monkey are unable to locate my parcel despite me providing them with a tracking number and a photo of the parcel. Really unacceptable!

Hello. I was very pleased with the service from you. The parcels were picked up as per the arrangement. The van driver issued me with the receipt. He was friendly, professional, adequately dressed re ppe re covid. Not that I agree with the government narrative. Many thanks.

Item was late. Paid to be delivered next day (friday) and was instead delayed until Monday. At no point was I informed about this delay only finding out now from the recipient. Dissapointing.

Sold items on eBay, didnt realise there was a 15KG limit on most couriers... Used Parcel Monkey to look through my options and I found a 48 hour service immediately.. Even better news, the courier delivered the box a day early! Result. Will 100% use again.

I used Parcel Monkey UK to find the best company to ship my parcel from Liverpool to London. The options were great, and organised in a way that it was easy to understand. In my case, I was able to use parcel force delivery service and they delivered a day later than planned. Parcel arrived in good condition. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would use them again.

The website is clean, well designed and easy to navigate, packing and labelling instructions were simple and clear and pick up was within the time window. My package was delivered the next day. Best of all, the prices are great.

Fosse Way Honey and Apivino Meadery love Parcelmonkey because it’s so easy. The order arrives, we input the parcel details, print the label and drop at the post office. Our products arrive safely the next day.

Booked for delivery within 8days , parcel picked up and on day 7 , parcel still in UK. Parcel update is now delivery 4th Feb by which time it becomes a 14 day delivery...not what we paid for ! DPD is actual company.

Although prices are attractive, the couriers they leverage provide a subnormal service. Parcel Force for example always misses scheduled collection and they always invent excuses, lying on status to cover themselves. Instead of helping in solving the matters, Parcel Monkey will propose refunds that never arrive. They are basically fraudsters.

I used parcel monkey because its so easy to get a quote fast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had to get two parcels to the Caribbean as soon as possible so found their website very user friendly and a definite time saver. Prompt pick up for both parcels, especially considering the current situation with a world pandemic. I will recommend their services and definitely use them again myself.

UPS are useless. 1. Package to Thailand , UPS Tracking stated "Export license documentation is missing and is required for clearance. We are working to obtain this information." When I used the tracking number for UPS "Chat", they told me as it was "International" I needed another "Chat" link. This new "Chat" told me that they were in the USA and would not support a UK package, but gave me a UK phone number. 03457677677. On this number I was told that the tracking information is wrong and the package is progressing without problem. 2. Package to Italy. UPS Website stated that export to the EU did not need a "Customs INvoice". After three days and travelling 11 miles the tracking info stated that the pacakge was return to sender. Pack link told me that I could not use Pack Link and would have to go through UPS Direct to export the package to Italy. At this point went to my Post Office and shipped the package through Parcel Force. One simple Customs Invoice NOT the two sides of A4$ with passport numbers for the sender and receiver in triplicate which UPS required! ps Jenny the Pack Link Chat person was lovely
