Wouldnt help with missed collection. I paid for next day on Thursday. They didnt collect on Friday....they came all the way on Monday

my parcel was lost and they take their time to respond. no number to contact just the same message left. ‘we will get back to you’ no help at all.

Booked on an evening and collected from the vendor the next morning and delivered to me 2 days after that for a great price (less than £30 for 2 parcels at 18kg each!). Cannot really fault the service but it could be made a little easier to sort out collection when you are the purchaser and not the vendor as a lot of Ebay deals are being done on "sort your own courier" basis at the moment.

I chose Priority International and was give 2-3 days for delivery. It has been over 10 days and not delivered. I appreciate COVID Issues but I believed that you have taken that into account when you gave an indication of time, given that you know about COVID since last year. I may as well have chosen a cheaper option and not wasted my money

Your part was perfect, Parcel Force called and left a note saying no-one home. This is lockdown! Also there were two chaps doing the gutters with a van on the drive and ladders! Never mind - he came back the next day!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT USE THIS. I did 2 shipments on the 11th of December, it said it would take 5-6 days. One of them got to Italy the 1st week of January. The other one is LOST. I have sent on the 11th Dec, it is not the 19th of Jan, and the DPD tracking number says the parcel has been delivered - but it never was. I wrote to Parcel Monkeys customer service, its been a week now and they have not offered a refund or anything. They keep saying they will contact DPD and let me know. I put my Christmas Presents in that shipment, and now they are LOST and my money is gone, and they are not even offering a refund. This is the most ridiculous shipment service Ive ever used.

What an awful experience. My first time at using a courier service, the company will not call you they will only speak through email or chat, this is not suitable for everyone some people prefer to speak on the phone or it is just more suitable. This company insisted on having the label printed even though I informed them I do not have a printer but they continued to insist so I drove a ridiculous amount to have someone print this for me just a day after being in hospital with an injury. The following day the courier turns up with there own printed sticky label. I mentioned what Parcel Monkey had said and they looked confused and stated they have there own. Parcel Monkey dictated and the information they provided was Wrong. Would I use again? No Would I recommend? No

BEWARE!!! I’ve used ParcelMonkey before and was satisfied with the service. Slick user interface, good prices, etc. That said, having sent an important parcel of documents with them in January 2021 has been a dismal failure. I sent it 2 day priority. It has now been nearly 2 weeks and no package delivered. I could blame the carrier, but I bought the service through ParcelMonkey with a guarantee of 2-day delivery, no warning that things could be significantly delayed (likely due to Brexit chaos - thanks Brexiteers and incompetent transition managers...) and extremely ineffective (although quite friendly) chat support. Really kicking myself for not going directly with FedEx, UPS or Courier. Next time...

This is the second time I’ve used Parcel Monkey and had excellent service on both occasions. Good price and service, printed the label off myself and simply took into my local post office. Would definitely use again.

After completing an on-line customs declaration for EU shipping the parcel was returned to me the next day for me to complete the details again on a paper customs form, so delaying the process by 24 hours, I only used your service for the on line customs declaration service

Not had any updates regarding this delivery to a valued customer. Having just checked tracking it looks like the parcel is on its way back to us. I have received no updates regarding this delivery or been advised of any issues so not sure what has happened. It could be due to Brexit.
