I was very happy with the efficiency and punctuality of the driver. He was very professional and friendly! He really was good and courteous. I will use Parcel monkey again and again as well as recommend to friends and family!

Poor. Waited for a pickup by Courier for 5 items. Did not turn up. We either have to rebook to wait for the same company (who failed the first time) or use alternative couriers. Basically you have lost your money if you do not rebook. In this case rebooking is too slow for our customers. Parcel monkey keeps all your money as they do not have to pay the courier as they never showed up:(

Overall good, but clunky process inputting all the details and addresses. Not great if you want to send multiple parcels to separate addresses. Also not entirely sure it is cheaper and quicker than using Royal Mail/ParcelForce.

Definitely better than going straight to post office. Greater choice of ways to send and certainly a much sweeter price. Still, because of different companies having different rules you cant always work out what the threshold weight is for a price increase - generally works out as 2kg, then 20kg. Great service to Europe. Also hear this : I sent a parcel on 23/12/20 at 2pm and it reached the recipient at 9am Christmas eve - I chose one of cheapest options available!!

Very very bad. I’ve sent a parcel to Taiwan and you’re not even aware that they have suspended every parcel coming in or out from the UK and not even letting me know.... this is just ridiculous......i just hope that you don’t lose my parcel too. This will be the first and last time that i use this service.

Amazing service! So inexpensive and reached Denmark before Christmas even though sent on 16/12. I was delighted as it was full of Christmas presents. Couldnt be happier and would highly recommend and will use again, for sure!

I booked online for a parcel to be collected today and delivered to Australia and paid £84.51. When the driver arrived he had a different delivery address to the one I had entered with the order so refused to collect. I contacted Parcel Monkey immediately and was told that the driver had not been given the correct information and the next pick up date available would be 5 days later. I stressed that this was unacceptable as the gift is for my granddaughter and this delay may mean it would not arrive for her 2nd birthday. The response was that this was the first available date and nothing could be done! I used this service thinking it was sensible to avoid visiting the post office within a tier 4 area but ended up having to do exactly that. In my opinion something should have been done to arrange a pick up tomorrow as the error was theirs but this was not possible - I would NOT use again.

2 weeks later i received an email saying i have to pay £12 to get the parcel back because the delivery address is incorrect. i have sent many parcel to that address. auto filled it and triple checked. my sister in law received 2 emails saying the parcel is in Europe and she has a date they said it will arrive. why should I pay extra to get it back if its correct.. i have printed the label they emailed me. barcode and everything.
