Parcel still has not been picked up two weeks after purchasing. No reply to my email as yet, the 7 day ticket is up!

The item was supposed to be next day for delivery on 31st Dec. It still hasnt arrived! Notes on tracking say unable to deliver yet they didnt try. Customer services however were great

Amazing service, parcels always get there on time and prices are unbeatable. Its just a shame the DX courier driver always leaves the gate open and dogs have got out onto the road twice now.

I’m a massive fan of parcel monkey. First used the site to send a huge parcel to family in France that would have cost a fortune through Royal Mail. I’ve since used them for all my Christmas deliveries including servers large boxes sent last minute following the tier 4 announcement. Fantastic service which I’d highly recommend! If I had one tiny piece of feedback I would ask that parcel monkey do something to help you distinguish which label is for which parcel once they’re printed - I had several all going to the same address but all different weights / postage costs. I was only able to figure out which was which by checking back on my receipt to see how much insurance I had included. So something that would make it easier to tell which parcel went with which label would be great :-)

Delivery was more than twice the time advertised I know it was Christmas time so they should have altered their delivery times to take this into account.

Absolutely disgusting; spent £56 on sending a 5kg parcel to Canada before Christmas via Parcelforce - got an email yesterday to say my card had been charged a further £86 as the parcel had a volumetric weight of 26 kg!!! The Canadian recipient has sent me a photo proving the parcel was only 5kg - sadly Parcel Monkey believe Parcelforce rather than their customer.

Excellent service. Much cheaper than the post office. Parcels always arrive quickly. No dramas. Only downside is having to print the labels if your printer is having an off day!

Item was severely delayed given the Parcel Force expedited delivery option, but cannot hold Parcel Monkey responsible for this given the current climate and restrictions. It was shown exported to America for a period of time without receipt by the recipient, although we think this may have been the US side holding imports....but have no knowledge/proof of this & it arrived for Christmas. Ultimately Parcel Monkey supplied the service and responded to emails in a timely manner, so can’t fault them.

The parcel reached the country, but not the address. Im still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. Not sure why I am being asked to rate something which is yet to be completed.

I am so impressed with parcel monkey- when we suddenly went into tier 4 I wanted presents delivered to Bristol. They were collected from my house at 5pm on Tuesday and delivered to my daughter at 2pm Wednesday -all for under £10! ( 6 kg large box) Brilliant service, highly recommended.

Despite all the well known Christmas delivery problems throughout the U.K. I had an excellent service from Parcel Force organised by Parcel Monkey with my parcels delivered within the stated delivery times.

I was really pleased with Parcel Monkey. I used them twice. The first time went completely without a hitch and was delivered promptly and easily. The second time I did not hear the delivery person knock to pick up a parcel and no card was left saying they had called. I telephoned the help line and they apologised and informed me that I could drop the parcel off at my local post office. This I did and the parcel arrived on time the next moring with full trackng still in place.
I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again and the only point I would have made was that they could have left a card saying they had knocked and what I could have done to get the parcel still delivered.

Efficient collection of parcels but I was a little disappointed that delivery was 48 hours, not the 24 I requested and paid for. This wouldnt normally have been a problem and I appreciate that Christmas week is the busiest of all times, but it did mean that recipients waited in for TWO days for their parcels when they really had other things to do.

I requested a 48 hour delivery but the parcel took 8 days to arrive. If you cannot commit to delivery times, you should not make them available and let people buy them

Bought next day delivery but wasnt given cut off time to take it to post office which meant it took 2 days to arrive, otherwise its a great and cheap way to send a parcel, paying and getting labels is so easy, will definitely use again.

Exceptionally speedy and very reasonable priced. After Boris’ announcement in December, it meant we were not able to see my family so used Parcel Monkey to exchange presents

Express 2 day delivery was paid for and the package was dropped off and registered as received on the morning of 21st December 2020. As of today (2nd January) the parcel is still at the depot with no further updates. Customer service says they cant do anything until the package is delivered. I havent even been able to collect my own package again and use another company.
