I paid for same day pick up and delivery courier, it took all day for them to find a driver, I had to keep calling for an update. With still no confirmations of any driver by 7pm that evening I cancelled the order with one of the operators, was promised a full refund, it’s now 2 weeks later and no refund in sight. I have sent emails and no replies in regards to my order. Definitely not using again.

Very easy to book and collection was good. Although the parcel was due to be delivered within 3 days nearly 2 weeks has passed and the parcel has not arrived in Switzerland

They never sent my parcel after not collecting for 5 days then had me pay to return it and only returned 2 out of the 3 and have stopped responding as to where the third one went. As they work with the courier you cannot take up the issue directly and parcel monkey does not respond.

for some reason we had to pay customs charges of £80? we have used other couriers previously and not had to pay this.

I have used parcel monkey For 6 parcels in the last 3 wks - only 3 out of 6 parcels were delivered within the purchased allotted time. 2 were delivered a day late and 1 was delivered finally after 7 working days and not the 2 day delivery i had purchased. The tracking on all 3 of these Parcels was very poor, the international parcel was particularly poor. It is for this reason that i would not recommend parcel monkey

Appalling service. Failed to collect one day so rearranged for next day with instructions to collect from box just outside the house. Both times I had labels delivered to the letterbox at the end of the drive but no sign of the courier that was supposed to have tried to collect the parcel. The parcel remains in the box outside .. I am utterly disappointed in this, I thought that it was a good idea as the parcel is big and I dont drive but I will have to find another way now. I have asked for a refund.

The package was abandoned in Couriers office for one month and not delivered to the recipient within the 3-5 day window. No contact from Courier despite having the recipient details. It took many hours battling the offices of Parcel Monkey and Courier to locate shipping.... very disappointed. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE VERY DISAPPOINTED SERVICE. I shipped two packages on 17 November 2020 with delivery times as 3/4 days. To date no sight of either and no real explanation as to wha became of them. One has been in Customs (Kingston Jamaica) since 21.11.20. The other they say has been out for delivery since that date (Guadeloupe). We are told that the receipient has employed their own brokers to deal with Customs and delivery. The recipient have not even received a text/telephone/email from shippers. Very frustrating customer service department who repeatedly say the same thing and puts the burden on myself to track these packages. What a shambles - 2 weeks later and nothing has arrived. I could have posted this in the normal way by Post Office. Very disappointed as the event has past..... that the things were for.

A great service from door to door from the UK to New Zealand.
I especially liked the fact that I could tract the parcel all of the way and could confirm when it had been delivered.
Will certainly use the service again.

I still have not received my parcel which was picked up on the 21/12. To be fair there has been a problem with the border closing between France and the U.K. My dissatisfaction is with the accessibility and lack of information- all I can find out from tracking my parcel is that’ it is on its way back to ParcelMonkey’ what does this mean? What will happen next to my parcel? The online support keeps going offline so I’m not sure if my enquiry is being dealt with.

I bought next day delivery and it didnt arrive next day. They only do online messaging. Wont refund customers even when they cant deliver as advertised.

Never had a problem using Parcel Monkey. We send a reasonable number of parcels each year but not quite enough to get the discounted services from the delivery companies. Havent yet had a parcel go missing, and this particular parcel still arrived on Christmas Eve having been sent the day before

with the east of England going into lockdown with no notice the week before Xmas we needed to get presents to our friends for our godson to open on Xmas day as we wouldnt be able to see them in person. Parcel monkey came to the rescue again, allowing us to find the best delivery company for our needs at the best price. Thanks again :-)

Easy to book and pay, sent 2 parcels, 1 via DPD and 1 via Parcelforce and both delivered next day. DPD even delivered on a Saturday when I expected the parcel to be delivered on the Monday. Great service.

12 days on and the parcel has only just landed in the USA lord knows how long it will take for delivery - this was supposed to be 3-4 day service. Maybe this Christmas gift will arrive in time for next year.

The courier arrived just before the expected time and the parcel was delivered the very next day (despite it being a weekend). Very happy and also a bit cheaper than the post office (as well as not needing to take it there).

Dear Sir or Madam I was satisfied of the collection, there was no problem there. Unfortunately, as I was expecting my mothers call to inform me she had received the parcel, the parcel was delivered back at our home, where it was collected from! I tried in vain to contact someone from Parcel Monkey or DPD to understand what had happened, why it was not delivered, why it was not left with a neighbour if the addressee was not home... Therefore i have paid nearly £25 for nothing, my mum was left without any present and I have no way to contact anyone to complain or ask for explanations. I just hope you will read this and come back to me!

I have used parcel monkey in the past and have been happy with service, but my experience this time has been very disappointing. I sent a parcel to Austria. The tracking info informed me it was on its way, and an email was sent to the receiver to say it was arriving. Unfortunately, 8 days later, the parcel arrived back at my home address in England. I have emailed parcel monkey, who have responded, but it is too slow. “ They are going to investigate” My parcel is sitting here with me...what is there to investigate. It should be picked up asap or I should be refunded immediately
