Found this such an easy process. Very straightforward. Ive only just sent the parcel to Canada so it hasnt arrived yet but the recipient has had a confirmation email to let them know its on the way. Very professional and good value for money.

The process of sending the box away was simple and straightforward. I paid for Express24 delivery, it was sent on Friday morning and didnt arrive until Thursday, my other box was sent Monday and arrived Thursday, this was disappointing as we wanted the boxes there when we arrived at my sons university on the Tuesday

Prices are great via Parcel Force. never fails to amaze me how third party companies can arrange for the parcels to be collected and delivered approx 30% cheaper than parcel Force them selves. keep up the good work i would highly recommend this company to others. 5 star

The estimated delivery time guides are not conducive to actual delivery times. My parcel is stating its prepared for export when actually it should be delivered by now. If delivery times are effected due to Covid19 then this should be more apparent when booking. I would have chosen a more cost effective courier and still likely have the same outcome.

Found this site on the Google when looking for courier prices for a parcel. Simple and easy to use process of comparing and purchasing a courier service. I choose parcelforce as it was easier to just drop at my local post office - massive saving! It was £10 cheaper through parcel monkey!!

My first time with Parcel Monkey, but their website was very easy to use, and I was able to select my carrier, create my account and print my label smoothly and quickly and get my parcel on its way the same day. I was given a delivery estimate of 4 to 5 days, which I thought was ambitious as the parcel was going overseas, but I then tracked it using the link on Parcel Monkey’s website and could see that yes my parcel reached its destination within 4 days! Great service.

Chose Parcel Monkey solely on the recommendations I saw online - and I wasnt disappointed! I sent a small parcel to Lusaka, Zambia and the service was excellent from start to finish. It was collected from my home in time, and was on a flight to Zambia by the next evening. The parcel was delivered intact to the receiving address. I intend to use Parcel Monkey in future and, based on this experience, have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you!
