Customer service is terrible when trying to sort a missing parcel. Don’t read the email thread and look at images you supply and then try to say that you dropped off the incorrect parcel. 2 weeks after expected delivery date they are still asking the same info that was supplied to them on day one. Ok when it works but when things go wrong they don’t want to resolve. Used them lots over the years but won’t be again after this

I used you to send a parcel to the Usa using the DPD Pickup express service which cost over £29 and was supposed to get there in 2-4 days. I delivered it to a pickup point in Edinburgh on 1st September and it is now the 8th and on checking the tracking it says my item is coming back to me! Whats happening?

Parcel was collected in the UK on Friday afternoon / evening and was here in a fairly remote area of Greece by Wednesday ... you said 3 - 5 days, and 3 - 5 days it was!

Used parcel monkey for the first time to send 21kilos from uk to sweden. Selected dpd service. Parcel monkey site easy to use. The very large parcel within the limits was collected from my door within 48 hours by dpd. The parcel was tracked by automatic text messages to the recipient throughout it s journey.
Arrived uk to sweden within 72hours to local pick up point. Then delivered to the door when requested. Excellent service - will use again!! Recommended service Thanks parcel monkey and DPD. A value for money service too

Paid almost £15 for next day pick up and delivery . Did not get picked up had to drive 7 miles to drop off shop to get it there to customer. Very disappointed

Really bad, item was returned to me by the courier as they said they could not ship a decorative non working vintage Zippo lighter to Japan, they then refused to refund the shipping cost and the insurance I paid which was over £50. A complete bunch of con artists, avoid them, just go direct with Parcelforce who would have refunded me most of the money. BEWARE

To be honest, At first I was reluctant to use Parcel Monkey because of the huge price difference with the original carrier but at the end my package delivered to Istanbul just about 3 days and I am very happy about it.

One star is pushing it . Paid a hundred pounds and the selected company has failed to collect now on three promised days . Parcel monkey offered no explanation and appears to have no customer service expecting to wing it with auto responses despite requests for calls back and simple answers to simple questions . Next Day service = 6 days so far, no service

All fine, until something goes wrong, when you will be left high and dry with no timely means of contact, not even a chat service. No sense of urgency to resolve issues or any real sense of customer service. Buy cheap, buy twice.

First time used as I normally send to Canada through Royal mail. I have to say I was very impressed with how easy it was. More importantly I dropped off at the post office on the Tuesday morning and my son received on the Friday. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend, although they have set the bar high so I hope that level of service continues.

They shipped a parcel with wrong details, put senders contact details instead of receivers so courier couldnt contact the customer and deliver the parcel. After parcel was returned they offered to dispose of it. Our support tickets get standard bot replies which make no sense whatsoever and not a single assistant actually answered any queries we raised. Definately dont recommend to use their service.

Shocking customer service, there is no contact number and they were useless when an oven I posted got lost. It took over a month to locate my oven which I paid next day delivery for and I had to go directly to the courier as Parcel Monkey were no help at all

Terrible service. My parcel returned to a supplier in original carton on 24 hour service through DX. Heavy so pricey to send, paid extra cover because high value. It arrived after 5 days, carton split open. Looked like it had been dropped, dragged. I lost £39 off my refund from the supplier. PM refused claim against insurance, ignored written letter of complaint and follow up email. Dont expect fair service from Parcel Monkey is my advice.
