Paid for a five day express service, THIRTY FIVE pounds, paid on the 28th August, package wasnt collected from the post office till the 1st September, then reached India on the 10th September so already overdue to the adresseee, then was just sitting at their depot for 5 days till they decided to then put it through customs on the 15th September, today is the 18th of September and its still sitting in customs a package that weights half a kg, tiny package, parcel monkey are a disgrace, charging people extortionate amounts of money for a service they have no intention of honouring, so my parcel is still now sitting in customs a small package which should have been delivered two weeks ago...disgusting company I urge people to beware of using this company because then when I contact parcel force they tell me I have to deal with parcel monkey as the contract was with them even though they are using parcel force service so trying to get any resolution to parcel monkeys thievery of my money for a service they havent provided is plain and simple the run around.i am going to continue to fight to get my refund from this disgrace of a company BEWARE OF THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY

My parcel was stolen by courier BRT staff in Italy. Admittedly this isnt Parcel Moneys fault, but they havent been helpful at all in helping us work out what was going on. They didnt raise an investigation to help find the parcel until it had been missing for 4 weeks. And I had to call dpd myself many times to get things moving. The problem with using Parcel Monkey is that when things do go wrong, and you try to contact the courier directly, you are reliant on PM to actually sort everything out. Which they dont seem to have an interest in doing. The parcel was valuable to the recipient and contained some clothes which we were not able to cover with the protection. Hence they arent even trying to help us recover the value of the parcel, even though there was an inside theft and cover up. Pay the extra few £ and go direct with the courier - at least then you can actually speak to them on the phone and get assistance if needed.

Fine when it works, but when something goes wrong its a horrible experience. I sent a parcel from the UK to the US, which was inexplicably not delivered from the local US warehouse to the address for 12 days. Parcelmonkey could do nothing to help even though I checked daily, and when the parcel finally arrived they said the recipient had requested a delay (which he had not), stating the courier had told them so but without providing any evidence. They also said they could not compensate me for the terrible service as theyre a price-comparison site. Since theyre the seller of the service they should also be able to provide accompanying customer service.

Tried to find couriers for a large package, but there were only a couple and the prices were very high. Tried Parcel Monkey and the same couriers were half the price. Booked, and item was tracked and delivered within 48 hours by parcelforce. So great service from parcelforce and Excellent prices from Parcel Monkey. Fully Recommended. Thanks.

Having used them consistently for months I paid for 2 day international delivery. Parcel collected on the 10th of September. Finally arrived on the 16th after several trips between Jonge and Poitiers.

I booked a delivery on-line and delivered my parcel to the local PO The next day (Friday) without any problems. It was delivered to my family in the Netherlands 3 days later, on the Monday. A good service but quite expensive - over £13 which seemed a lot for a small parcel.

First time I had used a service like this. I found the website easy to use, process straight forward. Dropped off parcels at my local post office (Parcel Force) and they arrived swiftly to their destination. Would recommend.

I booked collection and paid for next day service. Parcel wasn’t collected - had to get in touch with customer service and they advised that parcel will be collected on next business day - they failed yet again to collect. Contacted their CS again and finally it was collected in the 3rd day - they also refuse to refund the amount they charged for next day service. So basically they charged for next day collection service and provided 3 days collection service. Not a professional approach though.

Arranged pick up on Wednesday for the next day -waited in all day it was collected at 16.14, Delivery was supposed to be next day delivery Friday but it didn’t arrive At destination until Monday 12pm!! No communication and unable to track on Courier website-complained on online form but have heard nothing from them So i would have to say Courier are letting you down parcel monkey i would have expected some sort of compensation on the cost too very bad service .

1. I paid extra for 2 day delivery, Parcel Monkey put it through as 3-5 day 2. The driver dropped my parcel off at the wrong depo - no one can tell me when to expect my parcel - no apologies - no help - i had to miss my flight - my parcel is a week late and i’m still waiting with no update 3. Parcel Monkey has no contact number, so there is no support in emergencies Overall bad experience will not being using them or the courier again!

Parcel collected from my local Post Office on Monday; delivered to Bordeaux in France on Thursday morning. No fuss, no hassle. And the price was very reasonable. Just make sure that your parcel is well wrapped, and that you put TWo of the provided labels on it, in case one is defaced. I always cover the labels with wide, clear tape to protect it from rain.
