Needed a quick solution to an EBay Auction which was collection only. Using DPD item was collected & delivered within 48 hrs and MUCH cheaper than Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Perfect!

Collected on Monday afternoon Delivered on Thursday afternoon. Not surprising I hear you say! But delivered to Northern Spain. I found this service, compared to my recent experience with Parcel2go, absolutely outstanding. I will be using Parcel Monkey for all my shipments in future. This example of their service was, truly, immaculate in every way - from booking on line, to delivery in Spain.

overall good service, only the parcel can take more than time it says..as if sending to spain, the spanish couriers especially SEUR are the worst there are so deliver when they feel like it

Used parcel monkey many times. Had no issues. Except for when a parcel was lost. Genuinely shocking service. Didnt want to take accountability. Said they needed an invoice etc as Parcelforce were requesting it. Phoned up Parcelforce and said they dont need one as I had paid for parcel cover and that parcel monkey should refund you in full. Written letters and had no reply. Havent even refunded me the postage for the missing parcel. Beyond a joke
