Easy to use service with good rates and choice of courier. Click on book now for collection tomorrow and you have to wait in all day as theres no advice on a collection window. Dont bother to try to ring them either... Come on Parcel Monkey - you can do better!

Easy to use and reduced contact and time spent in Post Office but would actually have been £2 cheaper if I had sent it through Parcel Force at the Post Office itself rather than printing off all paperwork myself!

Hi . This is a few times I’ve had additional charges . The things I send are all the exact same dimensions so why every few weeks I get additional charges . The ones that I’ve had charges for were 2.7 kilos yet I’m getting told over 5 kilos . I want refunded or I won’t use parcel monkey again

Booked a return of goods to Amazon. Expensive but I wasnt paying. They collected goods on the right day but didnt say what time to expect them, could be a problem for a working customer.

The website is very good at offering all the various options from a variety of courier companies. However the actual service is poor. I have used Parcel Monkey twice now and been let down both times. Dates booked for pick up not adhered to, and no explanation. Trying to get a response from someone other than a robot is difficult to say the least.

I had 2 large parcels delivered today. They arrived approximately 3 days later than expected. There were some difficulties with the address and otherwise the service would have been very good and straightforward. I was able to get help and support on-line to sort out the destination delivery. This is a good value service and I would use again.

I am very pleased with this company. Ordering was simple and straightforward and the packages have all been collected on time. Some have been delivered already, the others destined for further afield have not arrived yet but this is not due to any fault with Parcel Monkey.

Customer service is slow and useless. Asked for some rough timeframe and they couldnt give it to me. Driver was hours late collecting Covid-19 Test samples and risking peoples health, by being late. I would avoid using these guys and just go direct to DPD or whomever you want, its far better and the service is better! Never going to have anything from us ever again and I will happily tell everyone how shambolic you are.

Used the service a couple of times now. Pick-up timings as promised. Tracking updates are often poor/slow once delivered in-country (destination). Though that is always likely to be an unknown variable.
Pricing is very competitive and service reliable. All good, for me !!!

I am very pleased so far with my experience with Parcel Monkey uk I havent given it 5 stars as my parcel is still in transit & hasnt yet been delivered My parcel is to my daughter who has been able to track the parcel & been kept informed This is a great improvement on previous experiences with other providers They were very helpful on the chat line when I had a query & needed help My parcel was picked up promptly so impressed

The only criticism I have is that there is no time frame in the day to say when the parcel will be collected - i.e. 08.00-12.00 or similar. Would it not be possible for the carrier to give such timings? Otherwise everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Paid for a 48 hr service and it took 6 days. Was collected a day late then sat at delivery depot for several days. I was refused any sort of refund even though I had paid extra for this service. Complained to ceo but no response. Shambles of a company
