This was my first time using Parcel Monkey and I have to say I am very Impressed. I used it to send my daughter kitchen equipment at uni, the box was picked up from me at midday in London, and was with her by 10.30 the next morning in Manchester, all at a very reasonable price. I shall be using this service again,

I wish I found this website first. It would have saved me a lot of stressful hours.
Booking and completing all documentation was so easy and quick. Collection and delivery was as advertised. We had a bit of an issue with Customs in Zimbabwe but that is through no fault of Parcel Monkey.
I would definitely recommend Parcel Monkey to friends. Thank you.

Process was reasonably quick and painless. If there is any area that caused concern it was where to place the 2 labels that we printed off - as an infrequent shipper, I was uncertain if they needed to be together or perhaps placed top and bottom. That issue is probably a reflection on the sender...

Easy process and quick delivery. Sent two boxes from the UK to Ireland on Thursday with Parcel Express (through Parcel Monkey) and arrived on the following Tuesday.

Parcel delivered to the USA for half of the price which I was quoted by my local parcel store! Parcel Monkey uses well known companies like Parcel Force and FedEx at great prices.

I arranged a pick up from my home. i called before the collect time and cancelled my collection. I had asked that my money be returned to my bank account. No one has bothered to contact or email me. I still have not received a refund to date.

This is possibly the worst parcel delivery company I’ve ever used. I waited in all day for my parcel to be collected. Courier the courier never showed. I complained to parcel monkey and they gave me no other explanation accept that it will now have to Be booked in the next day for collection. That’s now two days in having to wait for it to be collected. No apology or reasons why and just expect me to be ok with it. A disgusting service and reason why they’re cheap is Cus they don’t deliver!!!! Avoid them like the plague

I sent a coffee machine with parcel force via parcel monkey, machine arrived wrecked, pictures and statement from recipient sent to parcel monkey. I had paid for £400 insurance, after weeks of argueing , parcel monkey deliberatly trying to close down claim, they sent me £150 , they are an awful company, no phones just email, take your money and run. DO NOT send with them, much better firms out there, these are scammers pure and simple, you have been warned.

I chose them three weeks ago to ship a guitar from the UK to Spain. The carrier was supposed to be DPD, a reliable company. Unfortunately my shipment was subcontracted to SEUR, almost certainly the WORST shipper in Spain. Needless to say, my guitar, which was supposed to come in 3-4 days did not arrive at all in spite of several delivery notices. Weeks later, I managed to have it held at a Seur partner across town, where I wasted several hours to pick it up. With three companies involved in this fiasco, who’s to blame? I will say Parcel Monkey responded to my requests in a timely fashion, but after this experience, I would hesitate using them again.

The recipient said he didn’t sign for the consignment and now tells me 4 days later the awning had been dragged along the floor by somebody putting 3 holes in the roof this was a brand new awning costing me over £500 now it’s useless.please answer the following questions please 1)what is the policy for delivery.2) why would someone drag a parcel across the floor when it clearly states handle with care.Regards Ron Edwards

I like Parcel Monkey for value and ease of use. However what was advertised as a 2 day service took much longer. Maybe it was the fault of Parcelforce but when I booked the service it was then clear it was an economy service and 2 days to get to a customer in Ireland was never going to happen I felt let down and annoyed that the claim in this instance for delivery was wrong.

I have never used this service before and hadn’t even heard of it. I was very impressed. Cheaper and faster than Royal Mail. Excellent service and very easy to use.

Five star service!! Picked the parcel up from my home at the day and time promised All the labels and paperwork easily printed from the email sent to me Clear easy to understand instructions about packing labelling and customs requirements
Best of all arrived in top condition in Brisbane Australia 5 days later ! Only downside was the cost ! However parcel monkey was the cheapest of all providers

Parcel collected from my house by Parcel Force to local hub, taken from local hub to regional hub 100 miles away. At that point they decide that they dont like the packaging so send it all the way back, when it was half way to the destination. A complete joke of a service.

My customer have not received parcels he waited 3 days, after we have received email that items returning due to delivery point have refused delivery. Whent to tracking info and its do not said anything who have refused. I contacted parcelmonkey center and they do not want ptovide any info who refused and investigate this matter. Also I have privided tracking info and its clear shows that items 5pm prepared for delivery and after 3min refused. Never have more worse support If you wanting to then pursue this further then please do use our formal complaints procedure which involves written correspondence directly to us. If you wish to raise a formal complaint then please address it to- FAO Customer Services Parcel Monkey 21 Tollgate Chandlers Ford Eastleigh Hampshire SO53 3TG I do hope this information is of assistance, and rest assured every message is looked into and handled by our team. The parcel was collected at exactly the ETD and delivered in good time. An error in the spelling of the address was picked up and corrected. The system worked very efficiently.

Do not use this service. My package got returned back to Canada after 3 weeks. This is very frustrating as I am no longer in Canada. Also my packages turned up completely damaged with glass coming out of it. Have been trying to get in contact with them for weeks but they don’t have a phone number so have to wait for a reply. Shocking service!!

I would like to ask for a refund on my last 6 parcels. I spoke to an advisor on the day it was supposed to be delivered and I only bought the service because it was next day delivery and they said it would be reviewed 8f the parcels were not delivered

I paid for 24 hour delivery but it didn’t arrive till the day after. Disappointing! If you can’t guarantee 24 hour delivery then you shouldn’t be charging customers for the privilege
