It’s like dealing with a bi-polar patient, one day everything clicks, the next the consignment is weeks late and nobody at PM knows what is going on. A two day delivery placed on 17/08 has still not arrived on 03/09! The problem appears to be that PM have little control over their delivery companies, we all know that you always know when a delivery company is lying because it’s talking, you would expect the volume of business that PM give to their contractors would keep them honest but no, it’s actually worse in my experience. Broken promises abound and according to the tracking details it’s been on the delivery truck for a week! Please PM get a grip or I’m going to use other contractors.

If I could leave NO star rating at all I would. Exceptionally poor service. They quote for a job, then sting you after your parcel is taken and charge any ‘due’ money to your card without notification. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Feel ripped off and no matter how many times you try to contact them, they are reluctant to respond and when they eventually do, there’s nothing they can do - you are totally stitched up.

Used Parcel Monkey for the first time (AND LAST). Sent a package back to Amazon and entered the appropriate measurements with a weight limit above that of the parcel. Cost was £18. I then received a note from them telling me the parcel had been "laser scanned" and the measurements were out - although the parcel weight was considerably lighter. I then had an additional charge of £55 hit my credit card, so total cost is approx £73 to return an item that was worth less than that. If you have a laser scanner, you may be OK, but this is certainly a company that I will not be recommending to anyone. Wrote to them three times and eventually got an answer after two weeks stating the cost was workout by the parcel delivery firm and not them, so not their issue. Blown away by the lack of customer service and genuinely feel robbed, so would recommend you STAY WELL AWAY.

After having difficulty and delays with other delivery services I was recommended Parcel Monkey. Everything went exactly to plan as expected :-) They will now be my no 1 choice when sending parcels whether it be local or international.

Pricing is good. You sent an email giving a time for Wednesday, failed to show. Sent another for Thursday 10.46 - 11.46, showed up 45 mins late. Promised delivery next day and delivered to the wrong house number in the correct street. Not impressed.

I have used parcel monkey on many occasions, price is always good, I did worry this time as my parcel took much longer than the 3-5 days, however parcel monkey were very good at keeping me informed ! Would highly recommend.

Really poor experience, sent a parcel that ended up damaged having had 5 weeks of going backwards and forwards trying to get compensation of some kind I have finally written this off as a note to self never to use the company again. The additional insurance I purchased has proven to be a complete waste of money and the item cannot be replaced or repaired due to the damage caused. I’ve always been a firm believer in you get what you pay for, in this case cheap parcel delivery has turned into an expensive lesson. Would definitely not recommend parcel monkey, I had hoped that this experience might have turned into a more positive outcome but alas it hasn’t!

As others can attest to looking at reviews below, Parcel Monkey comes back and charges you extra once they’ve measured and weighed the package. In my case, a package that I weighed in at under 4kg they claim they’ve weighed at 16kg! Despite pointing to the customs declaration that states the content as textiles, and that therefore the 16kg weight is ridiculous giving the size, they insist that they need photographic evidence from me to challenge their extra charge. Any savings you think you may do by going cheap with this service they’re likely to take back through extra charges. Best avoided.

this company is terrible. my parcel was mistakenly delayed by 3 days because they mistakenly took my parcel to the wrong sorting centre which they admitted. Due to this, delivery ended up taking 6 days as against the advertised 3days. This was a dress needed urgently for an occasion and it missed the time for its purpose. On top of this, the company lied my luggage was reweighed to be 15 kg, which categoricall weighed 9kg. They didnt provide any proof and went into my account to take more money (£23). I contacted them about compensation for the delay and all and they responded they only compensate if delay more than 6days. Biggest mistake was using this company as I believed my parcel would arrive in 3-4days; many cheaper alternatives I could have used

I have used Parcelmonkey several times now.
A most excellent service.
Great communication via email.
A message sent what time they will pick up and even what time parcels will be delivered to me, if the receiver has left no content details, so I can contact them to state delivery time if needed.
Would recommend you give it a try nothing to lose.

Good service have used parcel monkey to send things from the U.K. to Belgium and the Netherlands. Both arrived in an acceptable time about 3 days. Have sent birthday cards in letter post which have taken 10 days, so very satisfied.

Fantastic .Our parcel was despatched and we tracked it all the way to Bulgaria from the UK . It arrived in perfect condition and we couldnt be more pleased with the service provided . I would recomend everybody use them as it ticks all the boxes needed ????

Worst parcel service ever. I’ve use a lot of parcel services and parcel monkey are far by the worst Company to use. I was quoted for a next day delivery for a parcel that I needed collecting on Friday the 28th August. It was stated in the quote that it would be picked up on this day. They never arrived to collect and never rang. I had to wait till Monday to ring them to rearrange collection. The pick courier said it would be Tuesday afternoon. They never collected again. I spoke to parcel Monkey today which there reply was in the terms and conditions that they have 5 days to collect the parcel. An absolute joke of a service and are not willing to offer any compensation. Don’t use them people and use a company direct instead of these.
