Terrible, unhelpful when problems arise with delivery and you can’t sort yourself as your not named on the shipment making it very expensive and Parcel Monkey don’t help.

If they dont respond to your complaints you can take them to court. Not wasting too much of my time on these wasters, will just copy below the same review sent about Parcelforce, the other half of these wasters..... I had to put 1 star down as that is the minimum that is allowed to be put on the review, in truth there should be a negative star score and it would have been the full 5 negative stars for a lying cheating disrespectful and thoroughly disgraceful despicable company no one should even think about going anywhere near them for any sort of parcel delivery, cannot be trusted and all they can do is lie and attempt to cover up their failures

Great service and was easy to use only down side is I am unable to track my parcel so have no idea if it has actually made it to where it should have gone, which is becoming a bit stressful now as I will have to try calling around to check myself now if I can. If my item has arrived ok and on time I would definitely use this service again.

Parcel Monkey was ok. Easy to arrange shipping but the shippers are very variable. Paid for 24 hour delivery with Parcel Force - dropped off on 14th delivered delivered on 18th. PF not really interested in complaint so would not waste money on 24 or avoid altogether.

Whether sending stuff to the rest of Europe or within the UK, I have had no problems and the recipients have commented how efficient the service was. Unfortunately everything was great until I received a bill for additional weight that was false. My package weighted about 500g all in, I used 1kg as a hugely conservative figure to cover myself and then they charged me for an apparent weight of 11kg. Physically impossible with what I sent. I asked them for evidence but have heard nothing. I would happily have continued to use them for the convenience and the pick up guys seemed great, but I cant afford to be billed for the wrong item and then ignored.

international priority ( they cant even get it from the customer to the depo ) (AVOID LIKE COVID 19 ) used these MONKEYS for a fair few years now. mainly been good , BUT when there is a problem , they can never resolve. wouldnt worry about insurgence as this doesnt mean anything when using these MONKEYS. we will never use them again

Poor service.. Offer £15 on all the correct information and then charge £52.60 extra.. I dont go to McDonalds and buy a burger for £4.99 and get an extra charge in the post because they got charged more for chips that week! Very misleading even if it is covered in your T&Cs!
