Took extra money from my bank account afterwards saying box was 19kg instead of 1.9kg the only way a box 10x10x19 could be that weight would be if I had sent a block of lead.

I sent a small parcel, less than 1kg, then got told it was 30kg. Clearly a mistake, but no way to correct and then got an extra charge, rip off

No Monkeying Around here. The ease of the web site is excellent, the cost could not be bettered. Dropping of at my local post office was flawless.

I have sent a few parcels with this company, but won’t use them again. Issues such as giving a collection time then arriving 2 hours earlier and leaving a sorry we missed you card, which with several calls did get sorted; then they lost my parcel, which was at least insured, they paid out, fair enough, but then they left the customer’s replacement parcel in my hallway on collection day.. the web help allowed me to reschedule collection 48 hours later, when I contacted them to try and sort it, they replied offering to schedule a new collection 2 days later. This was for overnight services; the impact on my own business is significant and cost me money and cancellations as well as poor feedback too. Messy, not what I want or need in a courier agent.

Cheapest website and had no restrictions on what I needed to send. I used Parcelforce and UK to Belgium it took 2 days. Really happy with the price for quite a heavy parcel and time it took to be delivered. Spot on

Parcel booked for Parcel Force 24 hr delivery on a Monday. Didnt turn up. Rebooked for Tuesday. Didnt turn up. Rebooked for Thursday. Didnt turn up Said they did but we waited in every day and nobody had been. Cancelled order rebooked Hermes through another courier they turned up next day and parcel now on the way. Appalling service and response from Parcel Monkey. Told no compensation or recompense despite having paid extra insurance BECAUSE THE PARCEL HADNT BEEN COLLECTED!!! Needless to say we wont be using them again

Not an experience I would wish on anyone.. A 2 day international priority took 5 days. The people I dealt wfh spat out the same message everytime I requested an update.. In the end I sourced the courier directly and managed to get it sorted.

Booked a parcel Wednesday for collection Thursday, no one turns up, waited till Friday , on Friday contacted customer services, they are not helpful at all, theres only advice to cancel or reschedule, i requested if they collect even Friday, but they said Friday cant be arranged, I will never ever use parcel monkey again. The customer services is hopeless.

We received a text telling us the parcel would be collected on Friday, but it wasnt. The number we were given wasnt the tracking number, so it took a while to get through to Courier and find out what had happened. The parcel was eventually collected on Monday, so was late for my friends birthday and arrived "in a bit of a state". Not happy.

Trust? No trust whatsoever for Parcel Monkey. Theyve failed to deliver shipment number, PM_7215219_8621285. This was a precious delivery for my grandaughters 14th birthday. I paid nearly £10 for next day delivery with Courier through Parcel Monkey website. It was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. Ive had numerous support ticket messages from Parcel Monkey after I raised the complaint, but not one message tells me where my grandaughters parcel is or when it can be delivered. I even got one message from customer services asking me to describe what the package looks like? Whats tracking ID for? Parcel monkey taking me back to the stone age. Not to mention the hour & half it took to secure the booking with Courier via parcel monkey website. It locked me out of my account, wouldnt accept my details or extra security details so now I have no means for tracking my parcels or hsve any info to approach the Courier depot that might have the package Worst still, when I made the booking, Parcel Monkey website duplicated the border somehow & charged my card twice. No refund for duplicated order, no acknowledgement of support for any of these problems with parcel monkey website either. So angry, so hurt, my grandaughters birthday ruined. Ive cried over this. Rubbish parcel monkey, taking peoples money on false premises. Rubbish Courier, youve provided me no answers or package trackng info either. Bad faith actors. The system not recognising my package. Theres no phone number to speak to a human on. Disgusting way to treat customers especially at a pandemic time when the only way to give birthday gifts safely is by post.

Booked 2 parcels to be collected and sent from UK to the Philippines. They were collected 11th August. Used tracking link provided and for 4 days there was still no update to the tracking link. Got in touch with ParcelMonkey, lots of back-and-forth. Ultimately, they werent happy with some label or paperwork, so they decided not to pass it on to the courier (Courier). This was not communicated to me, so they just held both parcels for days. My recipients were expecting these around the 15th of August! 18th August they told me it would have to be returned to me. They said they prepared it for dispatch to be returned to me on 19th August. Chased them for a tracking link so I can find out when I can receive it and then book to re-send it on to the recipients. It is now the 28th of August and their update is: "This is unable to be located at our returns depot, therefore I will now pass this over to the relevant department and they will be in contact shortly." This is terrible, terrible service. I am now questioning whether they lost it in the first place early on in this whole process. They say they are just a "comparison site" but its not true, because the booking you make is with them, and in fact, they ask you NOT to get in touch with the courier, as your booking is with them – ultimately they do, in one way or another, handle your parcels, so they dont just "compare prices".

Parcel was delivered within promised time. Will be better if there’s a notification sent when parcel arrives such as food deliveries.

Sent parcel on 4th August and it never arrived. 4 weeks later Im just being fobbed off saying they are "waiting for a response from courier". If courier never responds I never get my money back or compensation for the £70 item. Total joke. Do not send anything valuable or that you need to actually arrive through this service. As the saying goes, you pay peanuts you get monkeys

System is simple , assuming you can weigh your parcel accurately and take it to a Post Office After you’ve printed off your own postage labels . I have used it before and a cheaper. On this occasion however I paid for 24 delivery , over a distance of about 15 miles . It arrived 96 hours later. I haven’t been offered any refund , though Parcel Monkey are happy to contact the sender if the weight is wrong .

Very easy to use service from Parcel Monkey, but in these dark days, delivery times are a loose estimate. This is not a fault of Parcel Monkey but do take this into consideration if you need a parcel to arrive quickly. My 3 to 4 days delivery took 7 days, so just a heads up when you are choosing your service. Good work Parcel Monkey!

5 days and my package has arrived from the Uk to Hungary . I definitely recommend to everyone:) promised 4-5 days but there was a weekend in it and yet my parcel arrived on time .
