Terrible experience with parcel force via parcel monkey for the second time. A 48 hour service has taken almost a week, the parcel was lost and then found destroyed again!!!

some of the services are cheaper than others and P.M presents good value when used.the tracking info. is good.the only downside is that some services inexplicably do not have the paypal payment option which can be off putting.

Have used Parcel Monkey a few times now. Never seem to, not, incur a charge. Even when over sizing my package I have picked up an extra fee, due to incorrect sizing. Seems like the perfect scam. The money just gets taken from your account with no chance to question it. Will look for alternative options.

I live in the UK and my best friend lives in Taiwan. The parcel was picked up from me around 9am Monday morning and was delivered to my friend 10am local time on Thursday! Super quick!
